Measuring more than 3000 square feet, the private Villa has three bedrooms with NEW air conditioning and comforting orthopedic mattresses (both upstairs with Kings the bottom bedroom with a gorgeous locally made bunk with a Queen on bottom and Full on top and couch that can be made into a twin), two full baths - enjoy our beautiful outside shower where you can literally take in the ocean views while rinsing off with a true waterfall shower in privacy, both baths come with waterfall showers and hot water.

The astounding open floor plan & terraces make the outdoor living spaces feel expansive and very bright. The brand new outside living area is exactly what you imagine for a Costa Rican dream home. The dining area is also outside allowing you to experience the amazingly dramatic views while you relax and enjoy time with family & friends. This is true Costa Rican living.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts a new Frigidaire stove, new appliances (this is a personal home, so anything a family would need is available) industrial sink design and the modern fixtures throughout the house that add sophistication. The artistic wooden staircase and roof are all custom built from locally grown teak and various hard woods. Best of all, in practically every space and every room boast a gorgeous, expansive ocean and sunset views that never cease to take ones breath away!

Bonus: Daily house cleaning and laundry service (just fill the basket with your used clothing items) are included with your stay :)

Cleaning, laundry and maintenance from our lovely caretaker family who live next-door. They also watch over the house, so you will be sure your belongings are safe and secure.
