Family time with D-day celebrations

The property is lovely as was the contact with the owners. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and we appreciated the book of recommendations for guests! It felt very homely and welcoming. Houlgate is a picturesque town and would recommend to everyone! :) Anna

One of our favorite holidays

We spent a wonderful 10 days in this great house. The house was fully equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The agency handed the house over to us on time. Olivier was also available when we needed some information. The beach is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the evening events on the beach the most, as well as the air show over the beach during our stay. The people are very friendly in Houlgate and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank to Olivier to let us stay in his wonderful home.

Superbe maison, très bien rénovée et très agréable à vivre, les espaces sont bien pensés, le soleil baigne la maison grâce aux baies vitrées, et la localisation en plein centre d’Houlgate mais au calme est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de Noël devant la cheminée. Petit bémol, dû aux températures très froides pendant notre séjour, les plombs ont sauté 2 nuits d’affilée, donc réveil à 15 degrés dans la maison. Il a fallu passer un peu de temps en ligne avec le propriétaire pour pouvoir faire redémarrer la maison. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, à une autre saison de l’année !

Ville et mer

Très belle maison, arrangée avec goût et fonctionnelle à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle est extrêmement bien située. Au coeur de la ville sans en avoir les nuisances. Pas besoin de prendre sa voiture pour se ravitailler, tout est à quelques mètres, ni pour aller se baigner dans la mer. Un grand merci à Olivier et à l'agence pour leur réactivité.

Semaine de rêve en famille

Maison remarquablement rénovée et remarquablement décorée avec une Superbe terrasse et jardin arboré Tres grande pièce de vie Cuisine salle à manger très conviviale et équipée de tout le nécessaire Tres confortable pour notre famille de 11 personnes dont 3 petits qui ont apprécié le babyfoot et la table de ping pong et les grands parents la connexion Netflix Tres proche de la plage( 5mn) et de l’agence immobilière tres aimable et disponible qui nous a proposé de fournir les draps ( en sus bien sur de la location) , lits faits a notre arrivée !!! Tres apprécié! Enfin propriétaire à l’écoute et disponible Vraiment tous nous recommandons chaudement ,séjour apprécié par toute la famille “

Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour dans votre propriété près de la mer. Accueil très sympathique et propriétaire disponible. Maison restaurée avec goût et rappelant l'origine du bâtiment. Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et répondant totalement à nos attentes (bien équipée, lieux de vie spacieux, chambres avec salle d'eau privative, salle de jeux dont babyfoot bienvenu par temps pluvieux ! ...) et très bien située dans Houlgate. La table de ping-pong a été un plus très apprécié ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’emplacement, l’espace intérieur et extérieur, la décoration et la fonctionnalité est idéal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location à Houlgate. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et l’agence ont été très utiles. La maison est magnifique et très agréable à vivre. On y reviendra certainement entre amis et avec nos enfants.
