There is also a pull-out couch to accommodate additional guests (TOTAL GUESTS OF 8). As mentioned, this unit has a large balcony (not all Ritz-Aspen units have private balconies).

There is also a full gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops, cookware and utensils, and top-of-the-line appliances is the standard in this unit. A separate washer and dryer is also present in the unit. The luxurious master baths include double vanities and heated marble Italian floors.
