Palm Paradise- by Downtown, I-40 & Lake. Wooded view

Only a 3-minute drive from the Lake and the interstate! You’ll be staying in your own Miami Vibe, fully-furnished guest house, completely private with a separate entrance that comes with your own private deck. Your private unit is near City Lake where you can hike, fish and kayak. Located off Interstate 40, only minutes from downtown, TTU (Tennessee Tech University), and delicious restaurants.

The space
Your vibrant guest house includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a functional kitchen, a washer and dryer, your own private outdoor deck, and a shared courtyard.

Enjoy a nice spacious bedroom with King size bed, futon couch/bed for your specific needs, office desk, and a large Roku TV.

Bathroom: The shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Kitchen: A mini-fridge and single electric hot plate for cooking. Keurig with coffee and tea is available.

WiFi: High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Plenty of parking available. Shared parking lot. Do not block anyone in.

The vacation property consists of a duplex with an upper and lower unit. The guest house, which is where you'll be staying, sits across the courtyard from the duplex.

Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Several tables and chairs are provided. This is a residential community and the courtyard is shared, so it is important that you follow the property rules out of respect for the local residents as well as other guests at the property.

LOOKING TO BOOK A EVENT? Request a booking for The Haven (separate 6 bedroom listing ) to rent out the entire complex which can accommodate 16 guests (18 guests if you include 2 couches)

This is a residential area.

Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

Must be 21 years or older to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay.

Only the number of guests on the booking are allowed at the property.

For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house.

We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please plan accordingly to bring items you may need.

Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit and charcoal grill.

We are located near Cookeville City Lake
This lake and natural area, located off Bridgeway Drive, is a favorite spot among fishermen seeking catfish, bass, and bream. Kayakers glide across the 35-acre lake as well. A short trail takes walkers past a historic structure toward the invigorating sight of cascading waters.

So cute!

We loved this lil’ place! And honestly, it doesn’t seem all that small!! My teen/tween daughters thought it was SO cool and were totally comfortable on the futon (which was completely novel to them!). The courtyard area was great; we used the grill for dinner and had a bonfire in the fire pit afterward, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Very restful night in lovingly designed and maintained cottage

I had one of the best night’s sleep of my life here. Very isolated location in the forest. The cottage reminds me of how a Hollywood star might live in Palm Springs in the 1970’s. It is so cute and tastefully decorated. The owner pays attention to every single detail. The cottage looks like an artist designed it. It’s beautiful!

One night stay in Palm Paradise

The brand new guest cottage at Palm Paradise, located in a very quiet neighborhood, is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is new and really nice in every way. Especially now in the times of covid, I really appreciate it when hosts go the extra mile to make sure their guests are entering a very clean, sanitized living space and Tosha does just that. Here are a few of the touches that were especially nice.....easy keyless entry, very comfortable bed with luxury soft cotton bed linens, new bathroom towels that were soft, thick cotton, high speed internet and roku tv, a complete set of new kitchen ware and two amazing outdoor areas to enjoy. The modern interior and exterior decorating was tasteful and cheerful. I especially loved all the birds in the wooded area surrounding the cottage. We were just passing through Cookeville for one night but this place would be wonderful to spend several days at a time for a nice getaway.
