The space
The villa consists of The Oasis (listing as an upper unit) and The Cozy Nook (listing as the lower unit) combined for the entire house. The Villa also has a guest house on the property (that is a separate rental).

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

Master Bedroom Suite: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV and office desk. Large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and washer/dryer.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed

1 Full Bathroom: stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Downstairs:
2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed, folded 1 single bed and loveseat couch. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV, couch and office desk.

Courtyard:
Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Several tables and chairs are provided. This is a residential community and the courtyard is shared, so it is important that you follow the property rules out of respect for the local residents as well as other guests at the property.

Shared Parking:
There is plenty of parking available. Please do not block anyone in as this is a shared parking lot. Please park in the driveway parking lot and enter through the front pink door of the Villa.

NEED MORE SPACE? Request a booking for The Haven (separate 6 bedroom listing) to rent out the entire complex (main house duplex and guest house) which can accommodate 16 guests (18 guests if you include 2 couches)

Other things to note:
-Must be 25 years old to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay.

-Only people booked to stay are allowed at the property.

-This is a residential area.

-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

-Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit.

-The driveway and the courtyard area are shared with the guest house.

-For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house.

-We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please plan accordingly to bring items you may need.

If house rules and checkout instructions are not followed, guests will be charged additional fees at checkout.

We are located near Cookeville City Lake
This lake and natural area, located off Bridgeway Drive, is a favorite spot among fishermen seeking catfish, bass and bream. Kayakers glide across the 35-acre lake as well. A short trail takes walkers past a historic structure toward the invigorating sight of cascading waters.
