This open floorplan features stellar workmanship, from porcelain tile floors in a weathered-wood-style finish, to millwork and finishes with custom white wainscoting, baseboards, and top-notch casing at doors & windows, plus high quality cabinetry & built-ins. The kitchen includes stainless steel counters, Big Chill appliances, artful lighting & a pantry convenient to both the kitchen and the garden/patio/bbq area. There are two off-street parking spots in paved space next to the house.

The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with a double bed.



Please Note:  This home has a very STRICT NO PETS policy, this includes visitors to the home.  There is a monitored exterior camera.

Paula's and Pat's Birthday Weekend

We all loved this house for the location, the off street parking, the easy access, the comfy beds and the coziness. We are all in our 70s and a simple short walk to the beach and a couple of our favorite restaurants (Paradise Beach Grille and Margaritaville) was great. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family, and consider it again in the future.

Early Spring Getaway

This cute house had everything we needed during our stay and was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It did get a bit cold at night as the thermostat kept turning the temperature down. FYI- Both master toilets need adjusting. The handle stays down when flushed and the toilets run until manually stopped.

The house is charming and has a lot of character! Little issue with towels and bedding. I believe the towels and bedding were washed with a rubber bathmat which left little pieces of dried bathmat on the towels and bedding. I had to rewash the towels and pillow cases before we used them. Other than that we enjoyed the house very much.

Great location!

Great location with 3 parking spaces! This was perfect for my immediate family for Thanksgiving! Walking distance to the river, ocean and great local restaurants. The property was clean and check in was easy. The only downside was the lack of door on the master bathroom. Sort of odd to lack the privacy. Also the second bathroom is in a bedroom also so at night the person in the third bedroom has to walk through one of the others to use the bathroom. It worked for my immediate family but might be akward for non related adults. Overall we loved the property and the property managers were very responsive!

overall the house is very nice and clean. It has a wonderful kitchen and living room. However downstair bedrooms very small and beds small. No closets in the bedrooms. Rental Manager Co that may this house not helpful over the phone . I had asked a few questions and she was rude and clearly just wanted to take my credit card intake take my money) , not answer questions and get me off the phone in a hurry

Location was perfect - WONDERFUL stay

This house was adorable and was a perfect spot for our family to rent. There were lots of kitchen items for us to use and we enjoyed having our meals in the backyard. The privacy was perfect and it was just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. My biggest complaints were; 1) the amount of cobwebs at each window (no screens), 2) the two rolling blinds on the living room door and kitchen nook did not work. To raise the blind, you would have to manually guide them and lastly 3) the number of bath towels for 4 days - 6 adults became a bit of an issue. All very small things in the grand scheme of things but what prevented me from rating this with 4 stars!!

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at this lovely property in Capitola! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the home. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property to the highest standards. The communication with the property representative was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and fantastic dining options. We loved being able to explore Capitola on foot and soak in the vibrant, coastal atmosphere. A small tip for future guests: consider bringing your own beach towels. While the property provided all the essentials, having our own beach towels was a nice convenience for our beach days. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and ideally located vacation home in Capitola. We can't wait to return next summer!

Just Perfect!

Booked this lovely little beach home for my mom’s birthday weekend. It comfortably fit all six of us and was within walking distance of some of the best drinks and food I’ve had. The home itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed! Definitely going to stay here again in the future.

The house was great. All furnishings were well taken care of and clean. The bathroom access is a little odd. You can only access the main floor bathroom through a bedroom and the master bathroom is not very private. The location is right near the heart of Capitola. This comes with great access, but also noise in the night as people come home from restaurants and bars. Overall, good place to stay.

Disappointed

The place is clean, as it has been remodeled and is in a nice location to be able to walk to the beach. However, the advertisement of bed size in one of the rooms was falsely advertised. When we booked this house, the listing said it had 2 queens and 1 king bed in each room. The only reason we picked this house was because the beds were queen size or larger with three adult couples. We wanted all of the guests to be comfortable. When we arrived, we quickly realized that one room had only a full size bed. When I asked the PM about this, their response was that it was an “honest mistake”. They offered to bring over an aero bed or let us rebook somewhere else. I didn’t feel like that was fair compensation simply because putting any aerobed in the middle of the common area (only place it would fit) wouldn’t allow my guests the opportunity for any privacy. As far as finding another place to stay- we’re on vacation and didn’t want to spend the morning calling around during the weekend. I asked for a 30% refund (⅓ of our party wasn’t happy as one person had to sleep on the coach), and I was granted 10% with the response “we think this is adequate for a few inches”. On top of “the honest mistake,” when we came in from a walk and tried to turn on the fireplace -it didn’t work. The PM changed the batteries... and it still did not work. Another thing, the downstairs shower, if you’re tall, you need to bend down to get under the water. Furthermore, it isn’t stated in the listing, but in order to get to the downstairs bathroom a person needs to walk through the other bedroom- a little awkward late at night or early morning. Finally, the upstairs shower had severe drainage problems- a person was standing in a pool of water while showering. I wouldn’t recommend this listing, unless corrected, and definitely not the property management company to anyone.
