Enjoy this beautiful, just remodeled 2 bedrooms 2-1/2 bath condo, located within the Seascape Resort in Aptos, CA. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the family or friends. Walk down the scenic path to a breathtaking beach, relax by the pool, play golf or tennis. The resort has several luxury restaurants located right on the beach and across from the villa in the charming ocean village. Villa is overlooking the pool and is a few steps away from the breathtaking beach. Enjoy direct ocean views and listen to the ocean waves at night. Villa has 2 bedrooms upstairs (King and Queen), with balconies/patios on each level and a Twin fold-out couch in the living room. BBQ grill on the 1st-floor patio and fully-stocked kitchen. Free hi-speed WiFi access, toaster, coffee maker, beach toys, boogie boards, big beach umbrella and beach chairs you can bring to the sand.

Great location and amenities

The condo was perfect for our stay in Aptos. The location is convenient for sightseeing in the area. The resort amenities (pool, hot tub, restaurant, off-site gym) were an added bonus.

Great Location and great host!

We were very impressed with how clean everything was! We loved the location right above the pool and the short walk to the beach. When I messaged the host with a quick questions, she answered within minutes. We hope to stay again soon!

The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. The Nespresso machine came stocked with tons of pods and added to the luxury feel. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re out that way. Thank you Nicole!

Best Time in Seascape

We do an annual trip and had a great experience at this Villa. Property management was very responsive regarding a facilities hiccup and it was remedied quickly.

Fantastic place and Fantastic location!

We enjoyed our weekend at Steve's place at Seascape Resort Aptos CA. The place was great and clean. Beautiful views. Pool and hot tub were great. Steve was excellent in communicating with me. He is very responsive. Great beach as well. I highly recommend it. We will book Steve's place again for sure.

Girls weekend

Enjoyed our weekend. It was stormy and lost power twice. Had dinner by candle light. We were close enough to the water to hear the roaring waves. Host was responsive throughout the process. Very clean place. Would definitely stay again.

Very well maintained place.

The host was very prompt in responding. Good ocean view with pool, jacuzzi, etc. Some of the reviews mentioned lack of supplies (toiletries, bedsheets, towels, dishes, etc.) so I was concerned but they have addressed all of those issues and everything was perfect and clean. I would urge them to fix the listing which claims to have bech chairs and umbrellas because there are only 2 beach chairs and no umbrella. Also, although there is a great ocean view, there is no easy beach access except a very long steep walkway Overall, this was a great place. The host was very cooperative and even extended our checkout time. The unit had more than what was promised

We had the most amazing time making family memories at Seascape!

We’ve been coming here for years as a family and this was the perfect condo for our us. It was perfectly centrally located to the restaurants, lobby, pool, beach and we just loved our entire stay. The condo was clean and set up perfectly. The view from both balcony’s is stunning. We enjoyed the beach almost every day, went to the boardwalk, visited with friends who live locally in aptos, went to Palapas for dinner next door and the kids enjoyed pizza one night as well, had several meals at the restaurant in the lobby (Sanderlings), and overall just had family time with our son and daughter here. Oh and we went to Gayle’s bakery in Capitola 5 times :)!!! We visited Pebble beach for a delicious lunch at Roy’s and spent a day at Carmel beach as well. We would love to return for 2 weeks next summer and just loved the location of the condo and everything about it. Thank you for sharing it with us and we were sure to take great care of it. Until next time!

Beach villa does not disappoint

This beach villa was definitely as advertised - located within a resort, balconies overlooking the pool/hot tub and ocean, very well maintained. We had made advance reservations for dinner in surrounding communities, but between the resort dining room and restaurants at the village across the street, no need to wander. Washing machine not working during our stay. Owner contacted and willing to reimburse us for any cost incurred for commercial clothes care. Thermostat apparently set to Centigrade which was confusing. Multiple DVD players within unit but no DVDs available either in the unit or at resort front desk. Written directions for operation of the multiple remote controls would be a plus.

Great Location, Very Clean, but missing some basics

We appreciated the location and cleanliness of this property, but we were disappointed that our plans to cook in were thwarted by a lack of adequate cookware and the fact that paper towels, aluminum foil, Ziplock bags, and any food storage or Saran wrap were not provided. If you are planning to cook meals there, plan to take the above, plus your own Pyrex or casserole dishes, cookie sheets, a cutting board, and dutch oven or large pan for boiling pasta or potatoes, and dish towels and paper towels. We also recommend taking your own hangers if you have more than one or two items to hang in the closet. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy our own replacements. It was surprising how sparse the ammenities were for the price.

Horrible communication with owner

We flew from South Carolina and arrived at the San Jose airport at 10:50, so did not get to the condo until around midnight Wednesday night. The check in instructions gave a code to the door...that didn't work! The check in instructions also gave a number to call if the door code didn't work (this obviously happens often). I called the number 7 times and left a message and text. I received no answer and no response. I messaged the VRBO owner through the app. I received no response until the next morning around 8 am. I had my 82 and 83 year old parents with me, so this was extremely dangerous and frustrating! I had to search for another hotel and it took 5 hotels because it was Spring Break for a lot of schools in the area. We finally found a hotel in Santa Cruz around 1:30 am (our body time 4:30 am) and I had to pay for 2 hotel rooms.When the owner responded the next day around 9 am, she also sent me a lockbox code for a lockbox on the handrail outside the condo, "just in case the door lock does not work". The door lock is obviously a frequent issue. The owner should have given the lockbox code in the check in instructions if she does not want to answer the phone at night. If you own/operate a VRBO, you must have someone who can respond to emergencies assist with check-in issues. The owner told me she would refund Wednesday night (this was last week, April 16). She said it would take a few days. I have yet to receive a refund.

Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful.

Disappointing Experience

I recently stayed at this property and was a little disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the access code was changed at the last minute, causing a significant delay with our check-in. This was incredibly frustrating after a long journey.Communication with the property manager was nearly impossible. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get a hold of anyone. This lack of responsiveness added to our frustration. Upon entering the property, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell of wet dog, which was quite off-putting.Additionally, the place was not well-stocked with coffee. There were only five coffee pods provided, which was insufficient for 3 people over two days. We inquired on the type of coffee maker the unit provided; we were going to bring our own, but we reassured there would be plenty available to us in the unit. The dishwasher was another major issue. It was not secure and tipped over while loading, almost causing the dishes to break. This was a safety hazard that should have been addressed.The condition of the property was also disappointing. The walls were damaged with scuff marks, giving the place a neglected feel. Lastly, the beach was much further than described, which was a letdown as we had chosen this property for its proximity to the beach.Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations for the price we paid
