Welcome to Mason Lofts at West End, a boutique Aparthotel in the heart of Nashville: located in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 9 minutes from the bustle of Broadway by car, and a short walk to Vanderbilt an Centennial Park. Make yourself at home in this fully furnished, bright and modern loft with mid-century accents. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea and coffee, etc.), bathrooms with natural and refillable toiletries, and contactless smart locks. Perfect for families, couples or executives seeking an urban sanctuary.


YOUR SPACE: This bright and spacious unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is easily accessible by an elevator from the lobby. There are no stairs between the garage and the lobby or between the main entrance and the elevator. No stairs either in the unit. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and toaster oven. The kitchen also includes ample cookware, dishes, serving and eating utensils, coffee and tea. This unit offers a serene and minimalist environment, ideal for work, and/or to rest! There is enough space to do your yoga or your pilates, or rent a portable gym that we bring to your apartment prior to check-in! YES, everything is possible at Mason, only Sky is the limit :)

WE THOUGHT ABOUT YOU: Travelers will enjoy the freedom and privacy of a large apartment, yet with the details and quality of a hotel experience. Eco-conscious travelers will find zero waste market tote bags, plastic-free amenities, biodegradable and vegan toiletries, and recycling bins. For families traveling with small children, amenities are available upon request (ie. crib, play mat and high chair). And for the work-from-home type, we know that consistent reliable WiFi is an absolute MUST for any vacation/stay, and each unit has its own private high-speed WiFi for you to use. Your host will help you from the beginning to the end, to prepare your trip, welcome you at check-in and assist you during your stay.

HOST's PRESENCE:
Your host will be physically available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. From 5:00 pm to 8 pm, your host will be available by phone. After 8:00 PM, your host will be available for emergencies only (trouble accessing entry, plumbing-related incidents, noise complaint etc...).

Publix West End is located approximately 5 minutes away by car
Produce Place: a local, organic shop with bulk section, is located 7 min away

PARK:
Centennial Park is located 10 minutes away by foot or 4 minutes away by car
Love Circle Park offers a panoramic view over the City and is only a 15-min walk from Mason Lofts

Checkout Instruction:
We ask that prior to check out you
-We as that you take the trash out ( the trash is located outside of the garage)
-Ensure to turn off the lights
-Log out of all streaming accounts
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- This building is pet-free
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
