French Country Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. This is a very quiet location with lots of open space yet close to everything needed and a lot of very interesting historical locations as well, including great wineries. Also not far from Toulouse which is a large city. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. They did all they could to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful villa, our family had an amazing time staying here. The space inside is vast, which meant that everyone has their own place to hang out. The beds are extremely comfortable. The dining areas (there are three!) meant we had lots of choice. The owners provide everything you need for your stay.The pool is fabulous, great size and depth for proper swimming - the kids were in there all the time, and the owners kindly provide some pool toys and recliners to use. The house itself is very private from its neighbours which we really appreciated. There is plenty of secure parking.The village of Lisle-sur-Tarn is fabulously located for activities and visiting the Tarn Valley. L'isle Aux Pains is a brilliant boulangerie, and the Sunday market is an essential trip! There are a few choices of restaurants there, and also a number towards Gaillac which are quite suitable with children.Patrice provided many local recommendations which were all great, including Ludolac Base Loisirs (excellent food on offer and really helpful staff to help with all the activities). Vins des Gaillac provided a super overview of local wines, and we got to meet one of the vineyard owners there. Castelnau-de-Montmiral and Cordes sur Ciel made for lovely day trips. Unfortunately we did not get to see everything on my list so will just need to return!Patrice's communication was excellent throughout and it was lovely to meet some of the rest of his family during check in/out.

Très agréable séjour à Lisle sur Tarn

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison. La piscine était plus grande et profonde vs. nos attentes ce qui a ravi les enfants. Le jardin était grand aussi. La maison est un peu vieillotte mais notre hôte a tout fait pour que nous soyons à l’aise. Nous avons fortement apprécié la localisation qui nous a permis de visiter la région. Notre hôte était plein de bon conseil et très réactif à toute demande. À recommander !

Superbe lieu, conforme avec l'annonce, communication facile et rapide avec l'hôte.Trzs grand jardin pour des moments de détente avec une très grande piscine, maison très agréable avec en prime la climatisation, nous étions sur place avec de fortes chaleurs.Je recommande er n'hésiterai pas à revenir.Sylvain
