Classic Sarasota waterfront home. 2 bed 2 bath with porch facing water. Watch manatee, osprey and other wildlife daily. You can fish, boat, paddle board or kayak right off the dock. And for an added fee, Bring your boat and use the 8000lb boat lift. The house is minutes from SRQ Airport, 5 minute idle to Sarasota Bay and 10 minutes to Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful home is well furnished with high end mattresses , bedding and everything needed to make your family feel right at home.
