Featuring magnificent waterfront view from living room and bedroom. Unlike a high rise condo you do not have to walk to the balcony to see the water. Enjoy waterfront living, deep water and open bay views from you couch while you enjoy the wood burning fireplace in winter, or fish off your dock. You can enjoy the open water views from your bed and may never want to get up. The best restaurants and sport bars are directly across the street in the beautiful shopping plaza.

Daily rentals are available for just one night if is the day of a check out or the day before a check in not in the middle of the week or for a party otherwise there is a 3 day minimum rental required.
The best restaurants and sport bars with all your shopping needs are directly across the street and jet ski and cabana rentals.
Marina with Tourist Boat trips just a few blocks walk as well as Famous Pier 60

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Kindly leave your rental unit similar to the condition when you checked in which means wash and put away any dishes take out any trash to the big barrels by the blue corner Cottage
If the TVs are on please leave them on and make sure that they are returned to HDMI or HDMI 2 so the next guest does not +ave difficulty watching TV
Please leave the key in the door so the housekeeper knows that you have checked out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not invite friends over without permission and non guests are not permitted to use our facilities or hot tub

This place was amazing. Great location for restaurants and bars. Just a quick trip over the bridge to Sand Key park for a really nice beach that wasn't as crowded as in town. The townhouse had everything we needed and more and the hot tub was a wonderful treat on the couple chilly nights we had. Thank you Captain Al - we'll be back again next spring!

Walking distance to the beach and shops and food. The view was great and it was a calm and peaceful getaway for the whole family. Minutes drive over the bridge to Sand Key beach, which we found was the best one for us.

The area out back is absolutely amazing! Sitting out there at all times of the day while our son fished, was the highlight of the stay. Incredibly relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the rental had everything we needed. Captain Al is a fantastic host and answered any and all questions. Captain Al is awesome. He took us boating and showed us some cool islands and toured the bay and parts of the Gulf. The property is in a great spot and had tons of things to do within walking distance. Really good vacation for me and the family.

Family Girls Trip

Perfect place to hang out in the mornings and evenings! Right on the bay…egrets and dolphins!! It was so easy to walk out the front door and walk to Sand Key or all the way to Downtown Clearwater. Capt. Al was super nice and helpful!! I texted several times before getting there and he always answered. We will be back!!

Welcome Friends I am Capt Al. Originally from New Jersey, I fell in love with the Florida lifestyle 50 years ago during Spring Break. Living here 35 years I can tell you it doesn' t get much better than Clearwater Beach. Here I get to swim in warm water most of the year, enjoy the great fresh seafood, and Tiki Bars. My passion is taking my friends and guests out in our boat and showing them the Real Florida at the islands just north in the Gulf of America
Years prior I enjoyed scuba diving in the most exotic islands, motorcycled cross county and through Mexico, and enjoyed backpacking in the seventies through most of Europe, and have done private boat charters. My partner Karen is from San Francisco and heads up our house keeping team who are always available for any special needs.
We love showing our guests how to enjoy the Salt Life.

Baywatch Waterfront Townhouse is a rare find. Built prior to all the new regulations it is not many stories up but directly on the water so you can see the water without having to walk to the edge of a balcony which you would need do in a new condo or town house.
There is no requirement for fences that would block the water view. You will enjoy spectacular waterfront views and watch the party boats go by in the evening as the Marina is just a few blocks away and the Yacht Club is 2 condos over.
