Great stay!
I loved everything about my stay. The unit was clean, decorated nicely and in a perfect location. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in Park City.

Park City Skiing
It's old and needs a face lift. Dishwasher did not work. Bathroom sink was clogged and water did not drain. We had to use kitchen sink to shave and brush teeth!! While the property manager, Vacasa, did respond via text no one showed up to fix either issue. Bedroom closet doors are hard to slide and this is very little room to store close because all the cleaning equipment and owner's personal items are stored there. I would not recommend this apartment.

Worked out great
Right next to shuttle stop and .4 mile walk to ski resort center. Heated pool and hot tub (though hot tub broke halfway through our stay). Wished for a toaster and regular coffee maker but it all worked out. Nothing fancy but met our needs for our ski trip.

Very close to slopes but needs updating and cleaning
Place was very close to slopes a 5 min walk however the pull out bed was filthy and had to be cleaned. The hot water runs out immediately and the toilet overflowed without being used. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Good location for skiing, but air can be smoky
This is a good location for skiing at Park City with a short walk to the First Time or Eagle lifts. The photos are accurate and the place is generally quite clean. The main problem I had was that the wood burning fireplace had been used before I arrived and there was a pretty strong campfire smell throughout the apartment that was unpleasant and hard to get rid of. I think part of the problem was that the fireplace flue had been left open when I arrived and air was flowing down the chimney into the apartment.
