very lovely house

We liked our stay a lot in this house. It was spacious, well kept and each bedroom had silent air conditioning. The bed slept very well. Further there was a nice garden with a heated swimming pool, which we enjoyed quite a lot. And the location: it was only a 4-minute bike ride from a beautiful beach with restaurants and café's.

Piscine agréable et maison idéalement située. On fait tout à pied c’est très appréciable. La partie séparée parents/enfants est très pratique, chacun son intimité c’est parfait.Communication fluide avant l’arrivée et bien accueillis par Myriam, très gentille et ponctuelle.Un peu déçus cependant par l’état général qui mériterait un petit coup de propre… chaises de jardin un peu défraîchies, plan de travail collant (vernis à refaire, le propriétaire en est conscient nous avons échangé ensemble) et vaisselle sale dans les tiroirs. Nous avons tout relavé. Une vraie télé serait également bienvenue.Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse (et d’être nous soulager des poubelles qui n’avaient pas été vidées :).Une expérience positive au global.

Très belle location, tant au niveau emplacement qu'au niveau du matériel à disposition. Quartier très calme. Bémol barbecue non fonctionnel et manque de sièges extérieurs. Étendoir à linge à moderniser (un peu petit lorsqu' on est 5). Contact facile avec propriétaire et agence de location. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans une maison parfaitement bien équipée, une superbe piscine avec bains de soleil à disposition ainsi qu’une belle terrasse. Je recommande le logement.

Très bon week-end, maison au top!

Maison fonctionnelle, bien située et très confortable. Nous gardons l’adresse pour un futur séjour plus long à Royan. Merci encore à Sylvie pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
