Beautiful property, great location-could use some ypleep

We rented both units for a family reunion and loved the place and location. Beautiful. Jews and convenient location. Downside was we had several maintenance issues and could not get response from Owners. During the 4 day stay we had dirty carpet, water leaks. Climate control failure, washer malfunction and non working dishwasher and lumpy Mattresses. Also did not have enough towels for our quests. Messaged and called property ow era with no response. After checking out we finally got a response asking how many People stayed in the property. Started out well but left with a sour taste in our mouth.
