Tucked away in the Renaissance Tower, this artfully decorated condo offers a tranquil retreat away from the city crowds and traffic. Yet, you’re smack dab between the downtown area one way and Murrells Inlet the other — just a few minutes’ drive in either direction. And the indoor whirlpools and saunas await your return!

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- 8 bath towels

A departure clean is included in your stay.
There are coin/card laundry facilities on-site in each building

* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.
Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.

Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management. Please call our office for monthly parking rates.

2026: Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on the property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day, and each Motorcycle - $10 per day

Beach week

This place is great for the entire family. We stayed and entire week with four 18 yr old boys and never had to leave the resort except for groceries and a seafood dinner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good, the price was high for the room and amenities. The room we were in you could easily hear people in the hall way as the doors did not seal well or have seals at all. This was sometimes an issue although never long enough to justify notifying security. We also had an issue in the master bathroom that was brought to attention within the first 24 hours of arriving but was never resolved during the stay.

Great views and location

Excellent unit with sweeping views of the beach. Enjoyed many hours on the balcony enjoying the view. Well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of room to spread out. If/when we come back to Myrtle Beach we will be looking to rent this unit again.

Baseball trip

This was an awesome condo to rent for our week trip to watch baseball. The building is under construction but once in the condo you would never know there was work going on around you. I loved that it was on the beach and I could wake up and sit outside on the balcony and watch the ocean. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo exactly as described

Would definitely stay here again loved the yo to date kitchen. Nice size rooms and decor. Owner provided amenities that added a special touch. The tower itself (outside the room) definitely needs updating and some construction was in process so hopefully that is what they are doing.

Family Vacation

Our stay was pleasant. The condo was clean and well stocked for us to live comfortably throughout the week. All of the pool choices, quick access to the beach, the playground, and the on site places to get food and treats was great for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was too cold, and the indoor hot tub was cold. The indoor pool was also closed sometimes when we wanted to use it.

Good Budget Friendly Getaway

We had a nice week away at this condo. The condo was clean, well stocked and right on the ocean. Overall the building was dated and and a little drab. From the 20th floor the condo has a nice view of the ocean and sunsets, but you are directly next to a huge RV campground which distracts from the view. The manager had excellent communication and was very helpful.

Needs Better Housekeeping & Updated Description of Property

The property has potential, however we won’t be back. We arrived to a condo to find sand all over the floor, a paper plate, sock & onion peels on the floor in the living room area. We notified the property & they offered to have someone clean it the next day. After that & receiving check out instructions, I don’t trust that the units are properly cleaned after each stay. The bedsheets felt like sandpaper (the checkout instructions also said not to strip the beds, which is concerning). We also learned that this building has been under construction almost constantly for years. There are not 2 pools, there is only 1 (the pool that has been drained has been drained for a long time, this is not something that happened in the past few weeks), the restaurant & convince store that were once there haven’t been open in years. The coin operated laundry room has a lot of inoperable machines & is also under construction, but usable. The view was okay, but mainly campers.

The toilet in master was broken (and stated in earlier reviews) the pots and pans beed to be updated(most of them you really can't use)the blender leaks, the couch bed is not suitable for adults to sleep on. When I checked in, the room was kindof clean, there was sand on the floor,pop on the walls of bedroom, and bathroom. The hallways smell horrible. The lack of security presence on the resort is very noticeable. The reason I have been coming back year after year, is the view for one, the bar is amazing,and I love its location.

Nice getaway

The first thing I want to mention is that this condo was very clean when we arrived which is the most important thing in my book. I gave it a 4 star rating mostly due to the location. The view was spectacular..however, you are right next door to the Ocean Lakes Campground which is VERY rowdy and loud from about 9pm-11pm+ EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. They do a "golf cart parade" where they scream and hollar and blast loud music as well as set off fireworks...EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. It was kinda cool to see the first night, not gonna lie - but we were traveling with a 15 month old who's bedtime is 9pm and due to the noise, could NOT sleep..even with 2 sound machines going. Not really a fault of the condo BUT I just wish we had been more prepared for it. Another thing I wish someone would have noted was the linens they provided..they aren't the greatest. Clean but very low quality and did not fit well on the bed. Would have loved to have provided my own had I known. The ceiling fan in the master was broken and did not work. We could not figure out how to get the bedrooms to cool down when the living room was freezing...we realized several days later that the vents in both bedrooms had been completely closed. Again, not a fault of the condo but just wish someone would have made note so we could have checked. They also did not provide in detail what kind of cleaning supplies they had which would have been nice to bring with us. Be prepared to provide your own dish washer tablets, paper towels, garbage bags, etc... They do have a dust pan and broom but not a mop/swiffer which I would have loved to have brought from home to keep up with the sand. Now, I will say the condo was pretty well stocked with kitchen needs as well as a nice selection of board games and cards. They have a vacuum and also had a couple beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we would stay here again and we really did enjoy our stay. Pictures did it justice and the communication was VERY good which was SO appreciated. We would recommend it for sure!

A million dollar view.

The unit furnishings were only adequate. The building was undergoing major construction and many of the amenities were closed. In addition there was a steady stream of tradesman going in and out of the building causing delays at the elevator(s). In our opinion, Myrtle Beach has oversold their dedicated bicycle paths.

Amazing Memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with our two children from NY to Myrtle for our first family beach vacation. We had the time of our life on this trip. The condo felt like home and was in a perfect area. We felt safe, and it was not crowded at all (we went the last week of August so I'm sure that had something to do with it). The Quarterdeck was perfect to end our days with some entertainment and some snacks/drinks. The beds in the condo were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We absolutely will be back and can't wait to make more memories here! **The only suggestion I would make is to replace the couch in the living room. It's pretty stained and you can tell it's an older couch. We just used one of the extra set of sheets on the couch when needed.
