We love staying at this property. Especially if you have dogs. It’s great with the private back patio that you can open the door for them to do their business. The only complaint I had was I wish they had better pans to cook with.

This place was great for the two of us with our small dog. There was a fenced in area off the kitchen and a nice grassy area in front. The cottage was extremely clean . We would definitely stay here again on a road trip through Oregon.

What a fabulous little place! It's super clean, adorable, stocked with all the needed amenities, and in a great location. The fenced-back patio area was a huge plus for our pup, too. This felt more like a hotel experience than a VRBO rental (in the best way). We came for a work trip and will definitely be staying here again!

The location was great access wise. It was close to a bank so lots of traffic when we got there and the some of the occupants in the cars were "questionable". We were worried it was going to be noisy but once inside it was very pleasant. Very clean and had just about everything you need. We were comfortable and will definately consider staying again should we be in the area. The price was great! Thank you!

Being from Grants Pass, I had always stayed with family during my visits, but my guy qnd I wanted a place to ourselves. And this was perfect! The size and price were just right for a 3 day getaway. Everything was pretty clean, and I never felt uncomfortable. For what I like to do in town, it was the perfect location! Will definitely stay again.

What I have come to expect

My stay was good and what I have come to expect from this host and property. Only problem is the side street and extremely loud vehicles at all hours. You don't hear this from the other units I have stayed in there. Still, an over all good experience.

Great for a quick stop

Lovely place. Nothing to complain about. We recommend a sign and verbiage when renting that each unit only gets one parking space. We had a loaded car and had to park on the street in the dark as someone arrived earlier with two cars. There are 6 total units and 6 parking spots.
