About this property

This little gem is a new construction build finished at the end of 2023. It sits right behind the slightly bigger main house. It's 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. For privacy a bedroom and bath on each side of the house, each with it's own independent heating & air unit. It's sunny, quite and safe, tucked away yet right in town. Minutes from I-5, groceries, restaurants, coffee houses and historic downtown.
It's an open floor plan with a clean modern design. A great place to stay while visiting family or doing a local adventure.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glass wear, wine glasses, small appliances, serving wear and some spices. There is a gas range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and a walk in pantry, as well as plenty of counterspace.
The primary bedroom has some accessibility features such as a curbless shower, 42" doorway to the bathroom 42 inch hallway and 36" door.

Excellent place and clean

My co worker and I stayed during a trade show event and it was perfect for each of us to have our own room and bathroom The rates were very reasonable. The house was decorated very well and fully furnished from what i saw. The owner was also responsive with messsaging about parking my trailer. I would rent this again

Spotless, new

Really nicely done new place, all needs met. Everything worked perfectly and felt like we were alone in the woods, it was so mellow. Might be different in summer (noticed a pool next door- maybe they’ll let you use it lol). But for our stay: Very quiet! Host very kind and communicative. We will be back when stopping in GP.
