The house is fully equipped, televisions, wifi, barbecue, garden tables and chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, etc

The pool is heated by a heat pump, the water is at a minimum of 28°C.
For your travels, the car is recommended. The house is located 5 minutes by car from the village of Baden and 15 minutes from Vannes and Auray (SNCF station from Paris). The sea is 300m away at the Moulin de Pomper, with direct access to the coastal paths. The magnificent 18-hole golf course of Baden is 10 minutes away. Many water activities on the Gulf (kayaking, beaches, water sports centre,...)
Iles aux Moines and Ile d'Arz 5 minutes from the pier in Port Blanc.
Outdoor parking on the access road; closed by sliding gate and wicket gate. The garages will not be accessible to cars.
