Gîte Taumain - One Bedroom House, Sleeps 2

We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is the lodging Taumain of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation on the garden level and accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful shared, unfenced garden of 320 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Cancale, which has been elected a remarkable site of taste and is renowned for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The port is 5 minutes walk by a small path called "les jeux".
- Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes at 7 min by car: Intermarché with petrol station, bakeries, tobacconist, post office, florist.

Gîte Taumain "Une très bonne option au calme à Cancale 🙂 L’emplacement, le confort, la propreté et le jardin. 🙁 Quelques détails pourraient être améliorés : un peu plus de vaisselle, une meilleure aération de la salle de bain. Nous avons eu un souci au départ avec la télé, qui ne captait rien mais a fini par marcher après quelques jours sans que l’on fasse quoi que ce soit. Nous avons eu un souci un jour avec la douche, mais il a été immédiatement corrigé par la propriétaire (très sympathique)."

Das Außengelände wunderschön mit Hortensien und anderen Blumen bewachsen. Man kann draußen sitzen, essen, lesen....Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Hafen mit dem Ortskern Cancale läuft man über einen Fußweg nur 10 min."

Gîte Taumain "We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad. Bij aankomt van de accomodatie konden we gemakkelijk de auto kwijt op de priveparkeerplaats. Toegang tot het huisje was gemakkelijk te vinden. Huisje was schoon bij aankomt. knus en gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en bovenal sliep het bed fijn. De tuin heeft een erg gezellig sfeer. Er zijn mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten en te eten. Omgeving is een grote plus. Supermarkt en bakkers zijn maximaal 5 minuten rijden. Veel activiteiten binnen 30 minuten aan te rijden. Al met al een leuke tijd gehad."

Réaction rapide de l'hôte pour régler un petit problème de lavabo (réparé rapidement après un simple coup de fil). Le wifi fonctionne bien. Petit local ouvert pour mettre les vélos à l'abri. 🙁 Un peu bruyant pour déjeuner dans le jardin compte tenu de la proximité de la route. Un peu loin pour aller en ville à pied. Je conseille d'avoir des vélos pour se rendre au port de Cancale où le stationnement est limité."

Et les instructions de départ demandant de faire une bonne partie du ménage (ex: nettoyer les WC, passer l'aspirateur) malgré les frais de ménage élevés inclus dans le prix de la réservation ! Sinon bien situé. Cuisine pas utilisés mais a semblé bien équipée."

Gîte Taumain "Cancale in einer anderen Unterkunft immer wieder gerne. 🙂 Auf den ersten Blick fanden wir die Lage nicht ansprechend, dies hat sich aber im laufe des Aufenthalts als nicht zutreffend herausgestellt. 🙁 Die Wohnung war teilweise sehr unsauber und die Ausstattung in der Küche war im Bereich Geschirr eine Katastrophe. Es gab auch keine Erläuterungen wie mit dem Müll zu verfahren ist oder wo sich die angegebene Waschmaschine befindet. Das Wlan war nicht durchgängig nutzbar, da anscheinend durch alle Wohneinheiten überlastet. Das Doppelbett war viel zu schmal, so dass einen normales nebeneinander schlafen nicht möglich war. Im Vergleich zu unserer jetzigen Unterkunft, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht."

Gîte Taumain "Justito. 🙂 Ubicacion, el sitio muy bonito y nos dejaron estar con el perro. 🙁 Para que te abran la puerta te envían un link para que digas a qué hora llegas. En nuestro caso dijimos de 18:30 a 19:30,, llegaron a las 20:15 y nos hicieron esperar otros 15 minutos porque tenían que limpiar la casa. Te dejan la ropa de cama para que te hagas la cama y n o te dan lo básico como papel higiénico,bayeta, servilletas, detergente lavadora o lavavajillas y el menaje para 2 consta de 4 tenedores, 4 cuchillos y 4 cucharitas. No pidas nada porque te dicen que lo sienten. Y el wifi va solo unas horas al día."
