I am renting out a furnished apartment on Hassan II Avenue, on the 5th and top floor with an lift, near the train station, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the Marrakech Municipal Theatre.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, and coffee maker), a bright living room with a 55-inch Samsung 4K TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, IPTV, and Netflix, and two reversible air conditioners (heating and cooling).
24/7 secure residence (day and night security guard) with a private parking space (in the basement).
Apartment in a prime location across from Café La Marlette; the Plaza shopping centre is a 2-minute walk away, as are the Carré Éden and the Menara Mall.
