Fully air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, one with two 90*190, the other a 160*2OO bed. Common area with sofa bed 120*190. Fully equipped kitchen, both in major household appliances (dishwasher, induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge), and small household appliances (toaster, toasted sandwich make, food processor, multifunction grill, blender, kettle, kitchen scale), very equipped in crockery also. Very pleasant and well-equipped bathroom (Italian shower 140*90, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, etc.). Laundry room including washing machine, dryer, drawer freezer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, drying tower.
Housing with many fitted cupboards.
Garden with outdoor furniture. In a small village in the heart of the Albères, departure point for many hikes. Sea, mountain and Spain nearby. Many possible visits, department rich in heritage
