In a private house from 1900, renovated there are 2 fully equipped apartments. On the ground floor, 50 m2, 2 bedrooms + sofa bed (max. 5 people) & on the 1st floor, with south-facing balcony and sea view, 2 bedrooms + sofa bed (max. 6 people). A beautiful pebble beach is right in front of the house. Along the beach promenade, cca 400 meters away is the center of Crikvenica, the market ....
In the neighborhood (50 m) there is a renowned restaurant or Grocery store (100 m).
Parking (public free parking) in front of the house. When you arrive we will have 1 parking space per apartment for you.
