Welcome to Poolside Villas #302- Harry's Beach House. You will fall in love with this beautiful condo located right in the heart of Holiday Isle with Gulf views. This coastal inspired 2BR/2BA condo sleeps up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The recently updated kitchen offers granite countertops with updated appliances and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with gorgeous views of the Gulf and East Pass. Come see why Harry's Beach House is the perfect beach getaway.

Located within the serene settings of Holiday Isle, Poolside Villas is surrounded by nature’s beauty.  Natural dunes engulf the landscape as you walk the sand path to relax on the famous white sandy beaches. Enjoy this prime location for fishing, snorkeling, or watching fireworks from the Destin Harbor.  Take advantage of Destin’s Water Taxi for a short ride across the harbor to the Harborwalk Village.  Poolside Villas offers secure parking, a large communal pool and barbecue grills for guests to enjoy.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Wonderful location

We loved the location of the place as it sits on a quieter section of Destin. We did learn that the beach directly behind the property was private for another hotel/condo, which prompted us to move further down the beach. However it was nice being that close to the beach for our leisure.

My Husband and Niece have never been to destin and this was by far the best trip we’ve had! the condo was amazing. it was very relaxing and peaceful! neither of the balcony doors locked but that didn’t bother us any. the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. we had the best time and were simply able to relax. 10/10 will be back and will be recommending to everyone i know!!

The overstay was good for a quick 2 night stay. I felt safe and secure. The condo was clean and quite for the most part. The pool was clean. My only recommendation is a door mat at the entry. I would stay here again not a bad spot

This wasn't my first time staying here. It's a great location.

No complaints about the property, other than the furniture near the pool area needs to ve replaced. There're also some window screens needing to be replaced. It would look much nicer if those things are done. It's a nice convenient location.

The location and access to the beach was great. The beds were not good at all. The main bed middle was sunken and not comfortable. The couch wasn’t comfortable either. Otherwise we loved it and would go back.

Great place and solid location!

We Loved the property and the location. Quiet, beach access, pool, snorkeling and fishing all within minutes from the door. The only issue that could be fixed is communication process for checking. Maybe a welcome letter, with gate access, room number, location of the room, property information. We got all this information, it just felt like you had to dig for it. This would not change my review 5 stars and we would love to stay again! Highly recommend.

Harrys Beach House

Everything was really nice and I love to cook for my family this condominium has everything I need to make my family a meal, the only thing wrong was the guess bathroom toilet was not working it would not flush and on the older reviewes was mentioned this problem I thought maybe it was fixed already but did not and my husband fixed. So the toilet is working now..

Great Beach Get-Away, but no all correct Information

Property was fine, but we were told there were chairs & umbrellas to rent in front of unit-NOT TRUE! Those rentals and about 1/2 down the beach rentals are PRIVATE! If we had known it, we would have brought chairs & umbrellas. But we wasted an entire morning shopping & finding a public beach. We are in our 70's & this was most inconvenient!

Condo itself fine

I have a lot of trouble reviewing this property because the condo itself is fine and adequate for staying a short time. When we arrived there were two long hairs on the bathroom floor that did not belong to us and the entire floor was sticky, no one could stand to walk on it barefoot. The couch was cozy enough, but the blue chair is covered in stains and the "coffee table" was falling apart. I realize this can't be helped by the owner, but the grounds were trashed, masks and garbage were everywhere including the pool area. There was a half gallon of milk in the front that was there for 3 days. We could look past those things, but the beach was also just as trashed, so we ended up at Henderson State Park every day and for $6 a car it was worth it. On a high note, the East Jetty's, which is the beach outside, is a really neat snorkel destination along the rocks. Also, the general location was nice because it's off the main drag and there were several places accessible without having to get on Hwy 98, but was also near most of the excursions. At every place we've stayed at before, the owner includes a little binder with recommendations on where to eat and things to do, including directions on check out, but there was nothing but the condo rules posted on the wall and a very short check out list on the fridge. Overall our entire experience was a little disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay!

We chose this place to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary in Destin! The condo was super cute & had everything we needed for our entire 5 days! The beach was beautiful & there were so many yummy places to eat nearby. Our only complaint was that the AC did not blow very cool even keeping it on the lowest setting of 69 so we had to use fans 24/7 to keep cool & comfortable. Hence why 4/5 stars on overall rating. Despite the small AC issue, we really enjoyed our stay & we will definitely be back :)

We were very disappointed about our rooms. There was no extra items to cook with - aluminum foil, baggies, salt and pepper. Not enough toilet paper or paper towel to last the week. There was also no notice about not using the towels for the beach. We also had to pay a large cleaning fee, but our place looked as if it hadn't been clean. The glass table was dirty and so was the floor. The master shower would not drain and we would have to stand in an inch and a half of water while showering. Last, during the week we found two roaches in the kitchen. We ended up having to purchase a lot of extras. We have stayed at other places and all of these items have been included.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being more supplies available. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping only provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and trash bags. Spices, coffee, coffee filters, condiments, etc. are not provided due to food safety concerns. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. We paid a cleaning fee and the vents had mold, fan probably never cleaned, lighting in kitchen nasty

Truly the cleaning fee needs refunded, it was just nasty. We wiped everything down ourselves because we didn't know id it was clean. Poor drainage in the master tub, very low water pressure. The beach and the trip was good, the room was not so good. Without compensation ofthe poor quality of the room, will not be staying their again. Almost forgot, no cable TV. If the remotes worked, we watched cops the entire time were there

Great little getaway!

The interior of the condo was very nice and clean, but the exterior hallways going in and out of the complex and the inside of the elevator were very dirty with trash strewn around. The beds could have used thicker comforters and better pillows.
