Top Aufenthalt

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in einem tollen Haus.Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Im Pool konnten wir schon im April gut schwimmen. Elodie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-in und -out haben problemlos funktioniert.

Perfect located and with a great seaview

We had a great stay here in Cannes for two weeks in july/august. Very effective and polite host, Elodie, that gave us all needed instructions and fast response. The house is located in a quiet and gated community, still only 10 minutes walk to the Croisette or to the nearest grocery-store. We got to see the firework-festival from the terrace and it was magnificent with this panoramic view over Cannes. We would definitely come back here!

Séjour à Cannes

Séjour émaillé par des troubles liées à des travaux lourds de construction juste dans la villa mitoyenne ( beaucoup de bruits du matin au soir incluant le samedi ainsi des difficultés d’accès en voiture pour cause des travaux) . Une voiture est absolument nécessaire autrement c’est l’isolation ( marche à pied n’est pas une option) La villa a besoin de modernisation et plus d’entretien ( les photos sont pas trop compatible avec la réalité) . La vue de la terrasse est extraordinaire c’est le seul plus de cette villa .a mon.avis. La piscine est ok mais l’espace piscine pas très pratique ni conviviale et plutôt limitée en surface et étouffée par les plantes et arbres du jardin; Un côté “gazon” est non utilisable car plein de boue a cause de l’arrosage automatique .. La villa est bien équipée et l’air conditionné est très apprécié. Notre contact Elodie est très gentille, serviable et efficace . Un geste commercial nous a été accordé par la gérante en accord avec la propriétaire ( toutes mes 2 navrés de la situation) pour nous dédommager des travaux et des bruits de construction en. Infini C’est sympa mais ne compense pas le désagrément liés au travaux de construction.qui a plombé nos vacances et ce séjour à Cannes .

Cannes eine Reise Wert

Eine traumhafte Lage zeichnet dieses Haus aus. Nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand bzw. Innenstadt. Herrlicher Blick auf das Meer und auf die Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist absolut komplett, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück umfasst ca. 1000 m2 mit großem Swimmingpool und kann nur durch zwei gesicherte Tore betreten werden. Umlaufende ausladende Terrasse mit Rundumblick. Das war bereits unser zweiter Urlaub dort und wir werden wiederkommen. Nathalie ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle

Schöne Urlaubstage

Das Haus liegt traumhaft und in Fußweite zum Strand, Croisette und Altstadt, jedoch sehr ruhig in einer sehr schönen Domain. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Im Haus befanden sich leider an einigen Gegenständen des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie in den Bädern, Schmutzreste bzw. schimmelige Ecken. Die Nachreinung wurde veranlasst, war aber auch eher unbefriedigend. Die Dame verschwand nach 10 Minuten spontan und hatte nur die Toilettenbürste ausgewechselt. Bei Abreise reagierte man jedoch sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll auf unsere Kritik. Alles in einem, ein wunderschöner Urlaub an einem sehr erholsamen Ort.

Schöne Villa mit Traumblick über Cannes

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Sie liegt in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage in einem schönen Villenviertel. Das Zentrum von Cannes ist zu Fuss in 10 min zu erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Villa Soleil is a wonderful for a Cannes vacation!

We have been coming to Cannes for many years and this villa is the best we have yet found. It has the most fabulous view of the bay and the town and a really spacious terrace from which to take it in. Very unusually for houses with a great view, it is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the beaches. It's beautifully furnished and well equipped and has a lovely pool. We look forward to many return visits!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr modern, verfügt über alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer, ist in 10Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Meer als auch mitten in Cannes! Wir haben unsere Woche im Haus sehr genossen.

Un excellent choix :-)

Cette location a été un excellent choix, à recommander :-) Outre la vue mer extraordinaire qu’offre la villa, son emplacement est pratique (10-15 min à pieds de la croisette) tout en étant au calme, au bout d'une impasse. Habitués des locations, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’incroyable équipement mis à disposition (TV salon & dans les chambres, frigo avec distributeur glaçons, four trad et micro ondes, machine à laver la vaisselle, le linge, machine à café Nespresso, radiateurs chauffe serviettes, fer à repasser, bbq, même le sèche cheveux !! - rien ne manque !), tout cela dans une maison moderne équipée d’une belle décoration, avec places de parking dans jardin clôturé. Tout est parfaitement organisé; les infos avant la venue, l'accueil sur place par Elodie, les manuels explicatifs de la maison, les petites réserves pour l'arrivée ( produit vaisselle, tablettes machine, savon mains, sel ou huile etc), bref tout ce qui facilite la vie et qu'on n'ose espérer - c'était extra ! Seul bémol: la piscine chauffée qui n'est pas très chaude hors saison car pas couverte, donc ne pensez pas vous baignez au chaud en octobre !

"This home was amazing!! ...

"This home was amazing!! My wife, our three girls, and I stayed here in Aug 2011, and the home is perfectly situated in the hills overlooking the port in Cannes. The home is of modern architecture and decor, which is exactly what we were looking for. The home is centrally located, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach (though it is mostly uphill on the way back - but well worth it, unless you are carrying little kids!). All in all, we highly recommend this home for vacation - perfect all around. And...the owners were extremely nice and accommodating - we'll be going back to Cannes again, and will be staying here - if it is available!"
