Enjoy the friendly and personal atmosphere of our lovingly furnished holiday home.

The house offers a group of travelers with a maximum of 10 people the opportunity to live comfortably and to experience a variety of leisure activities in attractive surroundings. The house is located in a typical village alley with no through traffic (dead end). It has its own parking lot for guests directly next to the house.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a couch, an armchair, TV with satellite, radio and stereo. Likewise a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with seating. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.
The highlight is the winter garden with an unobstructed direct view of the Moselle.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, two of them with a view of the Moselle and with a separate shower / toilet. In another bedroom there is a 140 cm wide bed.
A pretty little garden with seating and the possibility to grill invites you to linger. You can easily store your bikes in the basement.
In the village you will find a bakery with a small supermarket, butcher, petrol station, bank, doctor and numerous restaurants. Enjoy the evenings in a cozy bouquet restaurant. Many winegrowers offer wine tastings on site. Contact us. We would be happy to organize a wine tasting for you in the barrel cellar.
Especially in the months of August, September and October, numerous wine and street festivals are organized along the Middle Moselle. Here you can get to know the people, the wine and the Moselle cuisine.
In December you can visit the Christmas market in the historic old town of Trier, Bernkastel-Kues and in Traben-Trarbach.
Start your leisure activities all year round from Ürzig. Both hiking trails and bicycle paths lead through the vineyards. From here you can reach Bernkastel-Kues, Cochem, Burg Eltz, Trier, Koblenz, Hunsrück, Eifel, Luxembourg and many other well-known destinations on day trips.

Osterurlaub mit Freunden

Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und selbst ein ungeplanter Nachzügler wurde prompt mit allem Nötigen versorgt. Die 3 Bäder, der große Freisitz mit Aussicht zur Mosel, die vollausgestattete Küche, leckerer wohltemperierter Moselwein, Tischkicker .... Alles da, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen braucht. Jederzeit empfehlenswert. Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Grüße aus LU und MA.

4-Generationen-Urlaub an der Mosel

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage an der Mosel. Der 2-Jährige hat sich hier ebenso wie die 86-Jährige wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vom Wintergarten aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Mosel. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei und wir kommen gerne wieder. 🙂

Check in was very smooth and easy and Christiana met us at the house to greet us. She was warm and welcoming. The house is large and well-equipped. It was lovely to be so close to the river. Ürzig is a cute town and close to many other attractions. We had a lovely stay!

Familienausflug mit der ganzen Familie

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit den Großeltern, Tanten und dem Onkel. Christiane war super hilfsbereit und hat uns für die Kleine alles zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Wintergarten ist der hammer. Jedoch war es nach 10.00 Uhr morgens kaum möglich sich dort auf zu halten, weil es so warm war. Leider gab es keine Markise oder ähnliches zum "runterkühlen". Schade war auch dass der Garten so klein und ein wenig "lieblos" war. Wir hätten ihn gerne genutzt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft trotzdem auf jeden Fall. Der Ausblick ist der Hammer! Von dort kann man super Ausflüge nach Bernkastel Kues oder Trier machen.

Wunderbar für eine paar Tage in den Weinbergen

Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm auch der Check-in und die Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes hätten nicht besser sein können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch die Auswahl an bereits gekühlten Weinen war wunderbar. Alles sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Familienurlaub zu acht

Nettes, altes Haus mit viel Charme. Gemütliche Einrichtung und mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Haben es genossen in der modernen Küche gemeinsam zu kochen und zu backen. Im Wintergarten haben wir gesellige Spieleabende verbracht und unser erstes Raclette der Saison zelebriert. Der Kicker war immer für ein Match zwischendurch das Highlight. Man kann direkt von der Haustür aus in die Weinberge wandern- einfach eine wunderschöne Gegend rund um das nette Örtchen Ürzig! Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine tolle Zeit!DANKE

3-Generationen-Urlaub an der Mosel

Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt, das Preis-Leistungsverzeichnis ist in Ordnung. Für unsere Gruppe mit drei Paaren und zwei Kleinkindern war das Haus ideal. Es ist ein älteres Haus, aber in weiten Teilen renoviert. Sehr schöne, moderne und voll eingerichtete Küche, großer Wohn-/Essbereich, sehr großer Wintergarten mit weiterem großem Esstisch. Die vier Schlafzimmer im 1. OG waren in Ordnung, zwei davon mit Badezimmer (einmal neu, einmal alt), ein weiteres neuwertiges Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine im EG. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Haus, weitere ausreichende Parkplätze in 50 m Entfernung an der Bundesstraße unterhalb des Hauses. Von der Hüwel-Straße führt eine Treppe über das Grundstück herab zur Bundestraße. Über diesen Weg gelangt man auch zum Außenbereich (Freisitz), den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben und der sicher als nächstes renoviert wird ;-). Von dem Haus bis in den Ort sind es nur wenige Meter, gleiches gilt für den Wander-Einstieg in die Weinberge. Die Anlegestelle für die Mosel-Schifffahrt ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, der Verkehr auf der Bundesstraße, die unter dem Wintergarten vorbeiführt, stört nicht weiter. Die Hüwel-Straße selbst ist eine Sackgasse mit wenig Verkehr. Besonderheit: In der Küche ist ein Wein-Kühlschrank mit einem sehr gut sortierten Angebot zu günstigen Preisen. Ideal, um die Vielfalt des Ürziger Würzgartens kennenzulernen.

Super schöne Tage

Wir haben 8 Tage in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wintergarten. Hier sitzt man sehr bequem, hat die Mosel im Blick und kann schöne Abende mit einem leckeren Gläschen Wein verbringen!

Wir waren im April 2018 mit unserer Familie im Ferienhaus von Frau Comes-Limbach und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, alles war super sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus hat eine top Ausstattung zum kochen und der Wintergarten bietet reichlich Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen, spielen etc. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!
