The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, electric cook top, and large size microwave oven with convection option.
You have your own home (dwelling unit) with its attached direct access 1 car garage with remote control. Your own heating and cooling system. Your own 40-gal gas water heater. Your own washer and dryer located in your garage. Your own back patio and fenced back yard. The front cottage home does not share a common living space wall with the main house in back. There is no access from either home. We share the front driveway, and the visitor parking space located on the property.

I spent 16 days at this cottage, with my dog, and loved it. Being able to pull into the garage and unload into the cottage was a big plus. The location was ideal; quiet street, close to the park, and easy access to main thoroughfares like Hayden and 101. The little patio was great for me and my dog. I’d stay again for sure!

Winter Break

A very good accommodation for us as we are familiar with the area. The cottage is private, secure, well equipped and maintained. This is not part of a complex so there is no pool or exercise facility but the very good Eldorado Pool and Fitness Center is a pleasant 10 minute walk. Bob was great to deal with.
