The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, electric cook top, and large size microwave oven with convection option.
You have your own home (dwelling unit) with its attached direct access 1 car garage with remote control. Your own heating and cooling system. Your own 40-gal gas water heater. Your own washer and dryer located in your garage. Your own back patio and fenced back yard. The front cottage home does not share a common living space wall with the main house in back. There is no access from either home. We share the front driveway, and the visitor parking space located on the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use caution when parking in the garage do not back in. Park in the visitor parking space if your vehicle does not fit.
If you prefer not to use the garage you can park in the visitor parking space. No parking on the driveway.
