Just 2 miles from Downtown Phoenix, you’re close to shopping, dining, nightlife, golf courses, pro sports, and the Arizona State Fairgrounds is a 10-minute walk. Perfect for couples, families, or business travelers, Rileys offers comfort, convenience, and a central location to enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer!

• For the comfort of all guests, "No cats or dogs are allowed to provide an allergen-free space for guest who may have life-threatening allergies
*Security: There is a ring camera in the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.*
