Parfait
Logement moderne et très propre. Idéalement situé avec une place de parking privative. Nous avons été acceuillis chaleureusement par Marie qui nous a également bien renseigné sur les choses à faire sur Cabourg et ses environs.

Beau logement très bien situé
Le logement est très bien rénové. Très bien équipée aussi dans la cuisine.
Marie, qui nous a accueilli, est très sympathique.
L'endroit est calme et le parking sur place vraiment pratique.
Pour moi le petit point négatif est le prix pour le linge de maison, 50€ à payer en plus qui n'apparaissent qu'au moment de régler (35€ indiqués dans l'annonce), pour les draps et les serviettes (achetées chez Action). J'aurais préféré avoir le choix entre payer ou apporter mon linge.

Nous vous remercions pour votre appréciation; et d'avoir aussi bien noté notre logement mise en location depuis mai 2022.
En ce qui concerne votre bémol, nous souhaitons nous excuser de la non mise à jour des tarifs concernant le linge de maison dans le corps de texte. Nous avons subi une hausse des coûts d'entretien que nous avons oublié de corriger.
Sachez que malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre de laisser le choix au locataire (soit louer , soit apporter son linge) pour plusieurs raisons: - l'hygiène pour les locataires suivants (nous ne doutons en aucun cas de la propreté des locataires mais tout le monde n'a pas la même sensibilité sur celle-ci) et aussi pour notre literie; - une gestion compliquée entre les locataires ceux qui apportent et ceux qui louent (nous compliquerions la gestion pour Marie); - le tarif comprend plusieurs éléments: l'amortissement, l'entretien et le temps de Marie; - nous subissons aussi l'inflation.
J’espère que, malgré tout, nous aurons l’occasion de vous revoir ; Marie nous a fait un retour très positif de votre petite famille.
