My husband and I are original owners of Bella Marguerite and live in Tampa which is right across the Howard Franklin bridge. We live within 30 minutes of the condo and can be at Bella Marguerite if for any reason you need assistance.
Why they chose this property
If you like fishing and boating this is the place to be. Bella Marguerite is located on Boca Ceiga Bay where you can cruise and navigate through the inland waters and have lunch at any of the waterfront restaurants. Easy Access to the Gulf of Mexico allows you to catch the big one! Shell Island, Bunces pass and Egmont Key are minutes away via boat.
Location is fantastic with Pass a grille beach and Tierra Verde nearby.
