- No smoking inside, on private patios or on balconies. Smoking can only take place outside white fenced areas and not on property, this is a no smoking property

- Primary Guest booking must be 23 years or older

- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made

- No parties or events

- No illegal use of drugs on the property

- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart

- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)

Great spot for 4th of July Fireworks

This place is so cute and comfortable. Decorated perfectly. Close to everything and deck is great place to watch 3 different fireworks shows. We will definitely be back, we loved everything about this place and has a pool. Walked to Ricks Reef everyday for Breakfast.

Super cute property

We loved the location and the decor of this property. The upper balcony was great to watch sunset at night and enjoy our morning coffee. Very clean and updated. Will rent from Kristin again ‼️ The extra touches like beach chairs and stocked kitchen was a plus for us

Nice location

Nice property. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Great location with a very nice deck. They had chairs and beach towels which were great. Also on the beach you can rent umbrellas if you wanted.
