Exceptional location. Full CV of Tunis, near Bourguiba ave (3min walk) and French embassy, the institute of modern languages, Barcelona square and the old medina.
It is next to transport and all amenities, the train to the suburbs is right next door. The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift in a secure building with surveillance camera and caretaker. Composed of a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and a bedroom with single bed and wardrobe, a kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Clean, airy and not overlooked. You will find what you need to stay there (linen, dishes, TV, washing machine, stove, air conditioner,...). Perfectly suited for work or study stays in Tunis or expatriates. Even more advantageous rates for rentals of more than three months or for the year. Do not hesitate to write for more information.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de ce logement. Il nous a facilité dans tout. Nous étions à proximité des gares, des transports, de notre école … l’Hôte nous a également très bien accueilli et nous a aidé à visualiser où nous pouvions trouver commerce de proximité et autre ! Merci !
