Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator, this 32.38m² one-bedroom apartment (T2) sleeps two and includes: an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, a bedroom (double bed 140cm) with a closet, a shower room, and a separate toilet. It also features a balcony.

For your convenience, a private parking space in the underground garage is available.

Access to the residence's unheated communal swimming pool. Open: July/August.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Cleaning is optional: €50.
Linen is optional: €35.

A proportional tourist tax is extra.

Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday. For stays outside these dates, short breaks, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.

Generally, check-in is from 4 PM to 8 PM, and check-out is from 8 AM to 10 AM. For arrivals or departures before 8 AM or after 8 PM, an additional fee applies:
