It is on the third floor and consists of an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a shower room and a WC. The advantages of this rental by the sea: Near the old port, in the heart of the city center, close to shops and easy access to public transport, breathtaking view of the port and the Place de la Motte Rouge. Cleaning included. Delivery and return of keys exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district). Property managed by a professional.
