Living Spaces
Your group of up to 14 guests will find plenty of room to spread out here (and plenty of nooks for tucking away in solitude). Watch the waves from your marvelous lakefront living area on the main floor, with its nap-worthy sectional sofa and double-sided fireplace. On the second floor (with most of the bedrooms), sneak away with a good book in the sitting area, which features a TV, a sofa, and an armchair. Head up one more floor to the lofted family room, which also features a wall of lake-view windows, plus a kitchenette with a mini-fridge for keeping cold drinks within close reach. This space accesses the third-floor deck, where you'll find a seagull's view of the beach and lake. Two more decks await on each of the other floors. The second-floor deck is home to the hot tub —an unforgettable spot on a winter day!

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home has a 7-night minimum and rent Saturday - Saturday. As we approach the season, we may have more flexibility with the schedule and will consider shorter stays so please send an inquiry to let us know you are interested in a shorter stay. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to provide weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The roomy, open kitchen (completely remodeled in 2024) will quickly become the central hub for snacking, chatting, and planning your day in South Haven. A sprawling island seats 6 at barstools for morning coffees or wine and hors d'oeuvres before dinner. When it's time to prep a group feast, the stainless steel oven and hooded gas range are ready and waiting. Cozy up to dinner at the dining table for 6 beside the double-sided fireplace. Or head out to the second-floor deck for an alfresco meal as you watch the sun sink into Lake Michigan! The grillmasters in your group can work their magic at the gas grill on the third-floor deck.

Bed & Bath
On the main level, you'll find one queen-size bedroom and a (separate) full bath, ideal for those with difficulty on the stairs. The second floor is home to three bedrooms, including an indulgent lakefront Master suite with a king bed, access to the second-floor hot tub deck, and a spa-like en-suite bath with a lake-view soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. The other two bedrooms (one with a lighthouse view!) have queen beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a tub/shower combo. On the third level, you'll find a half-bath—convenient when you're hanging on the deck. On the main level, a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer ensures your bathing suits and beach towels stay fresh.
