2BR/2BA condo on the second Floor of a 2 story complex. Perfect location in quiet residential neighborhood 4 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to town. The Kitchen and both bathrooms were remodeled last year. There is a great balcony to sit out and enjoy a nice glass of wine while looking at the park across the street. There is a assigned parking spot for your car; but you will not even need a car because everything is within walking distance including Publix. Also there is a laundry room a few doors down.
