Totally remodeled 2BR/2BA condo on the second Floor of a 2 story complex could be yours. All brand new Furniture. Perfect location on the island in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is 4 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to town. There is a great balcony to sit out and enjoy a nice glass of wine while looking at the park across the street. There is a assigned carport parking spot for your car. Everything is within walking distance including Publix. Also there is a laundry room a few doors down. Livingroom has a large smart TV and the whole condo has Wifi.
