Welcome to this TROPICAL PARADISE! Located in South Venice, and only minutes from Venice beaches, this beautifully updated 2-Bedroom 2-bath Home is a true gem smack in middle of beaches regarded as the Shark Tooth Capital of the World! This tropical retreat has a hot tub for relaxing, as well as a huge Tiki Hut and outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse off after a day at the beach! Amazing beach decor and a surfin' beach vibe make this house a tropical haven. Come find some shark teeth and stay at Mimi & Poppy’s!

The house has 2 bedrooms, one master with an ensuite bath. Both rooms have comfy queen sized beds. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon bed in the corner for extra sleeping accommodations. The living room has a pull-out sofa as well.

For all your entertainment needs, downtown Venice and Venice Beach are about 4 miles away. Downtown Venice is absolutely gorgeous with palm tree lined West Venice Ave. providing too many restaurants and shops to mention! Sharky's on the Pier a popular beach/restaurant spot is only 5 miles away! Sharky's has drink service and beach parking right by the popular Venice fishing Pier! Lots of shark teeth to be found there!

Bikes are provided, and if you enjoy bike riding or long nature walks Shamrock Park and Nature Center is a half-mile stroll from the house with beautiful, paved trails to ride on! His/her bikes are provided! (4 total) The Legacy Trail also runs through Shamrock Park for additional trail opportunities. This 18.5-mile paved multi-use trail connects Sarasota and Venice. It runs along a former railway corridor and offers access to various destinations like the Historic Venice Train Depot, Payne Park, and other parks and nature centers. The trail is popular for walking, biking, jogging, and rollerblading.

Several SWFL beaches are minutes away including but not limited to, Venice, Caspersen, and Nokomis Beaches all within 10-15 minutes.

Enjoy peaceful evenings in this quiet neighborhood in your private backyard, perfect for outdoor entertainment or simply relaxing. Additional amenities included: High-Chair, Pack 'n Play, Beach Chairs, Coolers, and Cornhole Board!

Beds were so comfortable. The tiki area was great for hanging out! We used the hot tub almost every night of our week long visit. We would definately stay here again if we visit this area.

Very nice property

Our trip to Venice was very nice. The house was very clean and accommodating. It has everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The home was very private and was on a nice quiet location. The location was only minutes away from dining and beaches. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Every room was clean, all amenities were well thought out. The hot tub was perfect and easy to use. There were extra towels (regular and beach towels) for us to use. There were games in the entertainment center and even kid's toys (we didn't need or use those since we brought our own games and we didn't have any children with us, but I feel like it's worth mentioning. It was a nice touch!). The location was absolutely perfect for all the things we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in and check out we're super easy and our host checked on us before and after the trip. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

Ken is an avid pickleball player and loves giving pickleball lessons! Krystal is a stay at home mom of our 4 children who are having babies of their own! Krystal loves being MIMI :)

We LOVE South Venice! This peaceful neighborhood is not only close to beaches it has some amazing bike routes and peaceful walking trails in the Shamrock Nature Preserve only .5 miles away!

What makes this property unique

The backyard and Tiki Hut have a small resort feel! You will love enjoying some sun in the sun bathing area or stay in the shade of the Tiki Hut and enjoy a Margarita!
