Enjoy a recently renovated main bathroom with double sinks, a tile shower, and glass shower doors. There is new siding and Trex decking on all three levels as well as new TVs in some of the bedrooms.

Families and friends will discover a dream come true in this outstanding, semi-oceanfront retreat. Ocean views abound in the open, spacious design located directly across from a beach access walkway. Step up to the crow's nest deck to take in gorgeous sunrise and sunset views!

Ground Level: This floor offers a rec room with a kitchenette, a full-size fridge, a 60-inch HDTV, a DVD player, a Playstation console, cable with premium channels, a main bedroom with a queen bed, another main bedroom with a queen bed and a day bed, and a bedroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Middle Level: This floor offers two main bedrooms with king beds, two main bedrooms with queen beds, and a den with a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player.

Top Level: An open design with no interior walls allows maximum views and provides enormous, open living space with a 70-inch HDTV, a DVD player, cable with premium channels, a large dining area for family feasts (an extra-large dining table seats 18 guests), and an extra-large kitchen with two dishwashers. Multiple seating areas let you enjoy conversation with friends and family, watch TV, or just soak in the magnificent OBX views. Rounding out the top floor is a half-bathroom. Expansive decks on the two top floors with a sky deck are great for whale watching.

Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private pool (heat is available in May, June, and September), a hot tub, multiple TV/DVD players, cable with premium channels, two refrigerators, WiFi, and a basketball hoop. Beach access is 15 yards away.

THINGS TO KNOW
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Pool heat is not available in July and August.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.

Great location

This home is exactly as advertised. It's very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very organized for a rental home. Every possible cooking utensil is provided. The location is wonderful, only a few steps to the beach access. The home owners obviously care about their home and providing a wonderful experience for their renters.

Our 2nd stay at this House

We like vacationing in Corolla in the Fall and this is our second stay at this particular house. My son is a surfer and likes being able to check the waves from the top deck. The rest of us like the ease of walking across the street to get to the beach and the views in the morning and evening are beautiful. The decks around the house are fun for morning coffee and evening snacks and cocktails. The house was clean and well organized for our use. We were all adults and liked being able to find areas of quiet when needed for working remote or just reading.You get a workout with all the stairs but we were fine with it. The kitchen has an induction stove top and we loved it. We enjoy cooking together and the kitchen seemed well organized with everything we needed to prepare meals. The grill had propane so it was ready for our use too. We didn't use the pool this time but loved reading in the pool area.

Sweet Reality

The house had everything we could have asked for and more. Beach access was literally feet from the front door. If you like Corolla this is the place to stay.

OBX/family vacation/wedding

We have been doing family vacations for 15+ years at Whalehead beach. This year everyone loved the house!!! The upstairs room was open and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The large kitchen table was great for eating dinners together, and the pool area was the best of any of the other houses we stayed at in Whalehead. Beach access was suburb. We would love to stay here again.
