Dog en human paradise

Absolut empfehlenswert für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Für Aktivitäten aller Art stehen E-Bikes, ein Kanu, 2 SUP-Boards und eine Tischtennisplatte bereit. Außerdem muss man sich nicht um Dinge wie Kaffee, Waschmittel oder Toilettenpapier kümmern. Der Empfang nach der langen Anreise ist mit einem kleinen aber sehr feinen Imbisspaket wirklich schön. Und das Highlight ist die umfangreiche Broschüre zum Haus mit hervorragenden Einkaufs- und Sightseeingtipps, von denen wir viele ausprobiert haben. Um auftretende Probleme wird sich sofort gekümmert. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Hausherren. Wir planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Le paradis aux portes de Saint-Malo

La situation du site est exceptionnelle. Dans le domaine de l'ancienne maison de l'écrivaine Colette, la maison est à à peine 100 Mt d'une des plus belle plage sauvage de Bretagne où vous pourrez aller bronzer sur un beau sable fin où commencer une sublime randonnée sur le chemin douanier. La maison a été récemment rénovée avec goût, on y apprécie la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Rien ne manque au niveau des équipements, c'est impressionnant. Vélo électriques, canoës, paddle, bornes électriques, plancha, barbecue, lit bébé et même un panier et une gamelle pour le chien. Nous avons apprécié également prendre l'apéro en fin de journée sur la belle terrasse exposée plein sud où l'on entend le bruit des vagues. Enfin, une mention spéciale pour le propriétaire Pierre-emmanuel qui du premier jour de notre réservation n'a eu de cesse d'avoir des petites attentions pour nous (encore merci pour le champagne et les spécialités du coin à notre arrivée) en n'oubliant pas de nous communiquant les meilleures adresses de la région. Nous reviendrons chez vous avec beaucoup de plaisir et espérons que les travaux de la maison de Colette seront terminés d'ici là pour la vister après la restauration. Encore merci pour cette magnifique semaine. Germain

Emplacement privilégié

Maison très agréable avec accès direct à pied à une plage superbe et aux départs des sentiers de randonnées de la côte. Un très bon accueil avec en plus de quoi préparer un bel apéritif d'arrivée (vins, fromage, charcuterie, baguette...). Très belle terrasse bien équipée (nous avons eu le soleil comme il faut pour profiter de la plancha), Chambres très confortables, pas assez de temps pour profiter de tous les équipements (vélos, kayak, paddle, jeux !) Sans oublier les petits plus qui font du séjour une véritable détente (café, fond d'épicerie, papier toilette, sacs poubelles...), gamelles, panier pour les chiens ! Merci de tous les conseils (promenades, magasins, visites) envoyés avant notre arrivée.

Wunderbarer Ort

Schon vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir von unserem Vermieter zahlreiche Informationen zum Objekt und der Umgebung was wir in diesem Umfang in zahlreichen Frankreichurlauben noch nie erlebt haben. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich Empfangen und erhielten zahlreiche lokale Spezialitäten zum Verzehr und die Info das Kaffepads, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel für unseren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung stehen. Wir haben das Objekt genauso Wundervoll vorgefunden wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und die Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und zum Küstenwanderweg ist einzigartig. Auch unsere Hunde haben die Zeit auf dem tollen Grundstück und die Spaziermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung genossen. Auch erwähnt werden sollte das wir eines Abends gegen 20Uhr eine Störung der Heizungsanlage bemerkten und den Vermieter über whatsapp informierten. Bereits eine Stunde später erhielten wir die Info, dass der Fehler durch den Techniker online behoben wurde, ein toller Service. @Pierre-Emmanuel: Ergänze die Bilder doch noch um ein Foto des Kamins und auch die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sollte erwähnt werden.

Perfekte Unterkunft nah am Strand

Wir haben (leider nur eine Woche) in diesem perfekt augestatteten Haus verbracht. Es liegt nah am Strand und es bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, in der nahen Umgebung die Freizeit zu verbringen (Spaziergänge entlang der Küste, Besuche von Cancale, St. Malo oder Dinard und vieles mehr). Am letzten Abend haben uns im Regen sogar zwei gelb-schwarze Salamander besucht. Wir wären gern länger geblieben! Zum Glück gibt es in 2023 wieder Urlaub!

Wundervolle Tage im Oktober

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt. Absolut ruhig, dennoch sehr zentral. Cancale, Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, das Tal der Rance sind schnell - teilweise in ein paar Autominuten - zu erreichen. Optimal auch für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Nach den Ausflügen konnte man die nur ein paar Schritte entfernte Bucht besuchen und den Tag, entspannt und oftmals ganz alleine, ausklingen lassen. Wenn man gewollt hätte, hätte man durchaus noch schwimmen gehen können. Aufgrund des wunderbaren Wetters konnten wir die Abende noch auf der wundervollen Terrasse genießen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und ganz neu. Alles stellt sich in Realität wie auf den Bildern dar. Wir waren zu Zweit plus Hund in Saint Coloumb, für vier Personen wäre das Haus ebenfalls perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat seinen eigenen Badbereich. Für sechs Personen könnte es bei nicht so gutem Wetter ein wenig knapp werden, da sich die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer befindet und man sich bei Regen zwangsläufig mehr innen aufhält. Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort waren erstklassig. Fazit: Wunderschöner Platz in einem wunderschönen Teil Frankreichs

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt im maison de la plage war wunderschön. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Sensationelles Haus. Schöner Strand Alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
