Maisonette rental of 45 m2 for 4 to 5 people 300 m from the beaches, in a quiet, guarded residence with swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong room.
The house includes a living room opening onto a private garden not overlooked, a kitchenette and toilet on the ground floor as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
High standard equipment: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV (English and French channels), DVD player, CD radio, garden furniture (table and five seats, three lounge chairs).
Common washing machine and dryer.
Ideal setting for a stay of relaxation as well as activities in the nature in the vicinity: four fine sand beaches of which one leading to Saint Malo intra muros, nautical sports, strolls, coastal paths and bicycle, thalassotherapy.
Saint Malo (intra muros) at 6 km, Le Mont Saint Michel at 40 min, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan at 20 min by car offer cultural visits (numerous concerts and exhibitions) as well as many renowned restaurants to taste the local specialties.

Very pleasant!

We (family with two kids, 8 and 5) spent two weeks here and really enjoyed it. The location is great, very near the coast, very peaceful. The flat is comfortable, equiped with everything you might need (the only thing we missed was a hairdryer). The pool could have been a degree or two warmer. It was end of August and the temperatures were not very high. Other than that, highly recommended!

Habitués de la résidence, nous avons passé un très bon séjour comme chaque année. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Seuls 2 petits bémols : les canapés mériteraient d'être changés et la machine à laver indiquée sur l'annonce correspond en fait à la laverie collective de la résidence (l'annonce mériterait d'être plus explicite sur ce point). Nous reviendrons très probablement malgré tout !

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar direkt an den Klippen von Rotheneuf St. Malo. Mit nur wenigen Schritten ist man auf dem Klippenweg und kann die herrliche Natur genießen. Es gibt viele Buchten und Strände, die man zu Fuß in dieser malerischen Kulisse erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Betreuung vorort war sehr entgegenkommend, schnell, sehr freundlich und persönlich engagiert. Die Wohnung war i.B. mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund völlig entspannt. Danke vielmals für die herrlichen Tage.

Das Reihenhaus befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage

Die ganze Anlage wird sauber und kompetent gewartet. in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Naturreservat mit kleinen Wegen zum Strand. Ein grosser Spielplatz ist in erreichbarer Nähe ausserhalb der Siedlung. Das Haus selber wird von der Besitzerfamilie zurechtgemacht. Es ist mit hellen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet und hat eine gut funktionierende und reich ausgestattete Küche. Leider war der Code fürs WiFi nirgends zu finden - da muss man explizit nachfragen (das haben wir nicht und deshalb ist unsere Handy-Rechnung ins unermessliche gestiegen) Parkplätze gibt es rund um die Ferienanlage genügend. Der Geräusche-Pegel richtet sich nach den Gästen. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in einer Anlage mit schönem Sitzplatz im Garten. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum ersten Strand. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Wer Abends gerne noch auf ein Bier in die Bar um die Ecke möchte, sollte nicht nach Rotheneuf fahren. Ansonsten Top Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten aller Art. Das Doppelstockbett war für unseren 18 jährigen Sohn zu kurz.

Magnifique emplacement

Le logement est situé sur un site somptueux. On est à côté de tout. La résidence dispose d une piscine ce qui est un plus. Très bon retour avec la propriétaire. Je recommande +++!

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques c’est extrêmement bien situé, les plages à proximité sont magnifiques ( à quelques pas ), le centre de saint Malo a 10 minutes en voiture c’est parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer d’excellente vacances!! Encore merci.

Petit havre de paix!

Appartement très fonctionnel, à proximité de toutes commodités et qui est très reposant ( beau jardin fleuri, proximité bord de mer). Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de ce séjour! Nette Ferienwohnung in schöner ruhiger Lage und Meeresnähe

Wir wurden sehr angenehm und freundlich in Empfang genommen, sodass wir uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt, in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man einen wunderschönen Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus man die Sonne im Meer am Horizont untergehen sehen kann. Saint Malo und Umgebung sind definitiv eine Reise wert, auch der Wanderweg 34 (Zöllnerweg) ist fußläufig ebenso schnell zu erreichen und fantastisch. Man sollte aber schon Trekkingschuhe anziehen, da der Klippenwanderweg häufiger etwas steil auf und ab geht, eben ein Wander- (eher 2-3 km/h) und kein Spazierweg. Die Küche ist etwas eng, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool direkt vorm Haus ist auch toll. Es ist grundsätzlich superruhig. Wir hätten fünf Sterne gegeben, wenn nicht vom Kinderzimmer aus bei geöffnetem Fenster auch nachts ein Betriebsgeräusch (Pumpe/Motor) vom Schuppen gegenüber zu hören gewesen wäre und das WC etwas geräumiger und abgetrennter gewesen wäre. Im Elternschlafzimmer war es auch nachts superruhig, da es zur anderen Seite gelegen ist. Alles in allem haben wir eine fantastische Woche dort verbracht und nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Dominique!

Super bien situé

La maison convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes. Idéalement située. Boulangerie accessible en vélo de même que Saint Malo. Plage du Nicet magnifique à 300m. Plaine de jeux à 100m. Ligne de bus numéro 8 pour aller jusqu'à la pointe du Grouin et Cancale vraiment très facile. Nous conseillons également Dinan et son château.

Schönes Häuschen in guter Lage

Kurze Wege zum Strand und Ort. Viele Strände u. St. Malo in der Nähe. Küche und Toilette klein bzw.eng mit 4 Pers. Gute Ausstattung Empfehlenswert, würde ich wieder buchen.

Rust en ruimte in een prachtige omgeving!

Voor mensen die van de natuur en de zee houden is dit de ideale plek. Op 5 min. lopen sta je aan de prachtige rotskust van Rotheneuf waar je met warm weer heerlijk kunt zwemmen. Vlakbij de prachtige stad St. Malo waar je meerdere dagen kunt doorbrengen. Ook in de verdere omgeving zijn er prachtige uitzichtpunten, historische forten en kastelen. Het enige nadeel zoals wij het ervaarden, was dat je steeds via de drukke stad St. Malo moet rijden om op de uitvalswegen landinwaarts te komen. Dit kost nogal wat extra tijd. Voor de rest alles top.

Location très bien située, tout près de la mer possibilités de faire de belles promenades sans prendre la voiture idéal avec enfants pour aller sur la plage logement propre, bien équipé (ne pas oublier toutefois le sèche cheveux, si besoin !) Nous avons passé une belle semaine !

logement offrant un très grand confort tant matériel qu'au niveau de sa situation géographique

séjour très reposant au cœur d'une résidence propre, calme qui convient tant aux enfants qu'aux adultes grâce à sa piscine et ses diverses prestations (tennis...) la situation géographique est juste parfaite: à proximité du centre de saint malo mais le retrait nécessaire pour ne pas être dans la foule. Chemins côtiers en rando ou vélo juste à côté. Petite crique juste accessible en traversant la route!! Rien à redire si ce n'est à très bientôt!!
