About this property

Penthouse with private roof garden and jacuzzi

We have the best location in Tulum inside a great new eco friendly residential called Aldea Zama. We are 5 minute walk from main avenue that takes you to the beach and downtown. We have a private rooftop so you can also enjoy a peaceful time inside the jacuzzi and our palapa.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Our Penthouse is now free from construction noise. The last active construction is in the final stage and its just final details.

We have anything you need to be comfortable:

King Size Bed + Two Twin Beds - Sofa Bed in the living room (Each room with complete bathrooms and amazing showers + closet) - A/C in every room including Living Room - Wi-Fi - You let us know how much speed you need! - Smart TV with DVD and Movies - Equipped Kitchen - Dishwasher - Oven - Microwave Oven - Coffee & Tea Maker - Blender - Toaster / Towels - Beach Towels - Clean and soft bed sheets and hypoallergenic pillows / Washer & Dryer - Hair dryer - Safe - Iron - Iron table / First Aid Kit - Fire Extinguishers / Cooler for beach, pool and rooftop.

Main Bedroom: King Size Bed with Walking Closer and Bathroom with Shower

Second Bedroom: Two Twin Beds with Closet and Bathroom with Shower

Both bedrooms have a connected terrace with chairs.

We also have a Sofa Bed for extra guest.

On top floor we have a private rooftop just for our guests with Jacuzzi, Palapa and BBQ Area, 2 loungers for private and a sunbathing 360º jungle view.

Pets are not allowed.

Amazing location!

We went down to Tulum for a quick family get away. The apartment is conveniently located about halfway between Tulum Pueblo and Tulum beach. Amazing restaurants , shops and services within a quick walking distance. The apartment was sparkling and had great amenities. If we ever visit again we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Tulum family vacay

We loved the penthouse apartment. It was beautiful and relaxing. The is a lot of fun stuff to do in the area, Lorna have some great tips. We laid on the beach, swam with turtles, explored aktuchen cave and the Mayan ruins. The apartment was the perfect launching pad and a great place to relax after the days adventure. We really enjoyed the pool and the roof.

Nice quiet place

This was our first time to Mexico and this place was perfect for our family. The only down side (which is not the hosts fault) having a baby is a little hard to just go out and walk to have a meal. It's a bit of a walk but there are tons of taxis a few minutes away. The condo was clean. The kids loved the pool. Stairs are a lot of you're leaving and coming back often. Over all this place was nice. The host made sure we had a pack n play and a high chair for my 1.5 yr old and that made life so much easier. The washer and dryer were very helpful after each trip to the beach. I would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation !!

The property was pretty much as the listing describes with a few notable exceptions described below. It is a good location with proximity to town and the beaches. There is a huge amount of construction going on in this area including roads and new condos. Specifically, there is a new condo just starting to be built adjacent to the bedroom with the balcony. The noise from construction went all day from 8am to as late as 8pm. The other item that was amiss is the jaccuzi had no water in it.

Affordable, Spacious Living in Tulum

My overall experience was good once I cleaned the unit and bought necessities. The unit has ample space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooftop patio is very convenient and great for secluded relaxation. My only problem with the unit was the cleanliness. I don’t know that the unit had been cleaned since it was last rented. When I arrived the fridge was wide open and smelled rotten. Half of the power in the unit was off and I had to find the breaker box after not hearing back from the host. The floors and counters were not clean when I arrived. I also had to do some cleaning on the patio and in the jacuzzi on the rooftop. I stayed for a couple of weeks so other than the initial cleanliness I was pleased.

Tulum's Great Jewel

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups along the way but, those were unforeseen. When we got there, the door knob broke and we had half my family stranded inside while the other half was outside on the porch. We had to get a locksmith to come to our place, after reaching out to the owner. She was quick with her response and we greatly appreciated it! The place was clean, except for the hot tub we had to request get cleaned, and we loved where it was located. The only two things I would like to see the Owner consider doing are to include all of the information about the washers/ dryers and everything else in a booklet format, printed and left out--instead of a booklet about places to go for food and whatnot and sending the messages via VRBO app and to have more dishes. I appreciated all of the information she provided. She was quite detailed but, some of the messages would have been more helpful printed out into a booklet or word document left on the table, like how to use the television/ DVD and other things. We also kept having to wash our dishes over and over again due to there only being a few plates, bowls, and pieces of silverware. There were only 4 of us staying at this place so, it was tedious to continuously have to do our dishes after every single meal. There needs to be more dishes, in general. Other than that, I have to say that this place was fantastic and the Owner was gracious. She was prompt with her responses to us via the WhatsApp app. That's another thing I would like to see. It would be great to have contact information added to the little booklet for people staying there. She is a wonderful host and if we come back to Tulum, we will intend to stay there again because we loved the place and the way the Owner was able to be reached quickly.

Perfect Tulum Location

This property is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed and loved the natural light, many outdoor spaces, efficient kitchen set up, spacious bedrooms (with lots of closet and drawer space), and modern bathrooms. The property is in a great location and is secure, beautiful, and well managed. Our host was super responsive and answered all of our questions. The pre-trip Welcome Book was an enormous help in planning. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home.

Perfect Tulum Rental

We loved this condo. Everything about it was great. Located a few minutes from downtown and a few minutes from the beach. Safe, clean location. Plenty of secure parking. The condo kitchen has everything you need. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. The pool was never busy and the few people we did see in the complex were friendly and social. Having a washer and dryer in the rental was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this apartment. It was the third place we stayed on this trip and it was the best! It had everything one could need, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, the towels fluffy. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher were wonderful. Easy parking close to unit, great location close to everything!

We have all what you need to have the perfect time in Tulum. Our place has one of the bests locations to enjoy Tulum. We are 5 minute walking distance from the only main road that takes you to the beach and downtown. We have everything close by, supermarket, restaurants, stores, ruins, etc. Our private rooftop is also ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the beach or exploring around, we have a private Jacuzzi on the roof and you can relax have a BBQ or order in some food, some wine and just enjoy the jacuzzi under the stars.
