Come stay in a local family owned condo. If you are looking for a quiet place for your family this is it! It is just steps from the beach and minutes from all that Cherry Grove and the strand have to offer.

This condo is located on North Ocean Boulevard in the Cherry Grove section, directly across the street from the beach with easy public access. The property gives you access to a beautiful pool area. Charcoal grills are available for those summertime cookouts. For those who may need easy access there is an elevator available.

Unit #301 is a two-bedroom two bath condo located on the 3rd floor. One of the special features of this third-floor condo is that it is noise free. This unit has no one on either side or above. It is tucked away in a corner to itself. It offers a partial ocean view from the balcony.

LIVINGROOM- large L shaped couch, 60 inch flat screen TV.

KITCHEN- full kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator (with ice maker), full size stove, Crockpot, George foreman grill, cups, wine glasses, Martini glasses, plates, cookware, can opener, wine opener, utensils, silverware everything you would need. Located near the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM- King Bed, 50-inch flat screen TV, adjoining full size bathroom.

SECOND BEDROOM- 1 bunk bed- full size bed on the bottom and a twin size on top, 1 Twin bed, flat screen TV.

MASTER BATHROOM- sink, toilet, and stand-up shower.

HALLWAY BATHROOM- sink, toilet, and tub with shower

Family vacation

My husband & I brought our daughter’s for a weeks vacation to MB. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and how easy it was to access the beach. I was a little afraid before coming about not being on the beach, but the walk across the street to the beach literally takes 2 minutes from the condo. Having 3 teenage/young twenties girls with us, we usually rent a smaller place since we rarely spend much time inside. Since it did rain, we spent more time inside & on the balcony, but the condo is set up that we didn’t feel cramped. We had everything we needed & it was convenient that the local grocery store is just a few minutes down the road. The grocery store is a must! It’s a buffet, grocery store and gift shop in one! Walmart is only a 10 minute drive and there is so many things to do in the area. Any issue was dealt with quickly. We had a great time and definitely would recommend.

Nice little condo!

Nice property with great owners. Owner is quick to respond to any issues or questions you may have. Overall the unit is nice, but the master bathroom shower is small an could use an upgrade. Nice size swimming pool located on the property along with an elevator. Propery is located towards the end of Cherry Grove which is very quiet and great for families.

Nice little spot.

Overall it was a great stay. The property is fairly clean. The location is close to the beach, but father away from businesses than I've stayed before. The cable in the living room didn't work and wasn't fixed. Also, there were teenagers outside all weekend so the pool partying until 2-3am. It was loud for the bedroom by the pool. The Keurig also doesn't work. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and how quiet it was most of the week. Would stay again.
