Oceanfront second floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath recently renovated unit. Central AC, new appliances, 3 Flat Screen TVs (one for each room), incredible views, free onsite parking in gated community, pool and tennis court, near bars, restaurants, golf, entertainment for children, water sport and more! TL;DR, We had issues and the owner did respond when he could.No one notices the little things at check-in. We all go in tired from driving. We eat (maybe drink ;) and go to bed. Same here, and the next morning stuff happened. First was the obstructed access to coffee. Mr Coffee and Mr Carafe didn't work well together and we had to implement "field engineering" to get our morning Joe. Next was a partially broken microwave, but we were able to work around that. Later that morning we found one of the showers would not move water up and out of the head. And finally, that evening, after cooking and eating, we loaded up the dishwasher only to discover it would not power on. Everything was reported to the owner within minutes. He did respond later the next day (we found out he was not having a good weekend) and apologized for the trouble. We were issued a partial refund.HOWEVER, despite having issues we really enjoyed our stay and the sunrise is incredible.

This condo was quiet, clean for the most part and we enjoyed our stay. The view is fabulous!! The beds were comfy and it is a nicely decorated space.The kitchen needs a new coffeemaker (the pot was too short to compress the spring at the bottom of the basket to allow the coffee to flow into the pot so you had to hold the pot up against the basket until brewing stopped). Casserole dishes would be a nice addition (we had to buy disposable pans for a breakfast casserole). The Roku PIN number is needed to add channels to the TV in order to sign in and watch shows. We never could find it. The dishwasher needs repair - we could not get it to come on, discovering that issue after we loaded it full of dishes.We would definitely rent again even though we had a few minor issues.

The location and view is second to none! The condo itself was homey and well equipped. The owner was easy to work with. The only improvement I could recommend would be to improve cleaning the baseboards in the bathroom and refresh the family room furniture. The furniture was comfortable but worn and dingy.

We stayed August 10th-14th 2025.First off, great location. End of the road, very quiet, low tourist traffic, and Boulineaus is very close by(we frequented that grocery store, great place). Gated community adds that nice touch in feeling like your vehicle will be secure overnight. The condo itself is what I would call decent. We had difficulty with the provided keys and the front door, the lock mechanism is in need of replacement as it is extremely loose and worn. You cannot lock the deadbolt when you leave the condo as the provided keys do not fit. Upon initial entry, the condo smelled and looked clean. There are 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is only semi-functional as the shower does not work(valve mechanism appears broken). We attemped to use the jacuzzi tub and we encountered large clumps of hair floating out of the jets. Later that night we encountered what we dreaded after reading a few of the other reviews. Cockroaches. 2 the first night, 3 more the 2nd night, but we didn't see anymore after we killed those 5. Very unfortunate and a loss of a star purely on that fact alone. The master bedroom was very nice, the bed was comfortable, however we were asked to bring our own towels and linens which I thought was a bit odd. That may be a North Myrtle Beach thing? The tv in the master bedroom also does not work(cable box was plugged in but would not turn on) so that was a bummer. The kitchen was fully stocked and the fridge was very spacious. Overall a decent place to stay.

The condo is beautiful, however it has roaches, there was no mention that a linen service was not supplied. Other than having to make a fast trip to Walmart so we would have sheets and towels, and the bugs, we had a great time.

Great location. Very quiet at the end of the road. Great tide watching being on the point. Sun on the back balcony in the morning and sun on the front in the afternoon. We had some appliance issues however the owner responded and acted promptly to resolve the issue. Unit iss well outfitted and we'd definitely would book again.The weather even accomodated us for 80% of the stay!

Disaster at Inlet Point Villas

This unit desperately needs some help. It has to start with pest control. To see 6 to 8 roaches in a rental condo unit in 4 days is completely unacceptable!! The unit says it can hold 4-6 people, WRONG!! It may can sleep 4-6 people, thanks to a fold out couch, but there is not enough room in that small condo for 4-6 people to "live". The 2nd bedroom has the air handler for the unit in it's closet, so anyone sleeping in that unit gets to contend with the noise of the air handler going off and, on all night, long. The kitchen is so short of cabinet/ counter space, that one closet in the 2nd bedroom is where a number of small kitchen appliances are kept. The faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced. I could go on and on, but let it suffice to say that I would not return to this condo, nor would I recommend it to a friend. The only real nice thing about the condo was the view off the back deck. Good luck fitting 6 people on that deck however!!

This was a much needed get away since my husband had been sick for awhile. Our host was extremely helpful and communicated so very well. The condo was very clean and I had missed the VRBO message that they were no sheets or towels provided. My bad but the host made sure we had them the next day. The sunrises were spectacular . Walking to and on the beach was so nice . I would very definitely recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat. I truly appreciate being able to enjoy the condo and the beach.

Highly recommend!!

This is our favorite location to stay at the beach! We love having the inlet on one side and the ocean on the other and the view is always amazing! I had forgotten that this was on the second floor, but loved not having to climb that extra set of steps. We've been to about six different condos at inlet point villas & we agree that this was the best setup for living room, dining and kitchen. We liked that rather than having a table in the center, there is an island with four places & that was perfect for meals and playing cards! We usually travel as a couple, but this time we had my sister and her husband as well. The Murphy bed was comfortable for them, and the master bed is also very comfortable! We also commented that the balcony furniture was great and we love the decor! We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back again soon!

Quiet and Relaxing

Amazing location with beautiful views of the inlet and ocean. Location is quiet and felt very secure and safe. Friendly neighbors, lots of available parking, complex is well maintained. Easy walking distance to the beach. Condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Wifi worked great. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would recommend would be a deep cleaning after the busy summer season. Ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards and bathroom corners could use a good scrubbing. That being said we would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway.

The property and views from the balcony were fabulous. Right on the beach. Visited friend the entire stay but next time ill plant myself at cherry grove for the entire stay. Beautiful beach town.
