ALL linens washed between EVERY guest, entire home meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest. This sweet little vacation home is ideally located right off of I-5, a short walkable distance to historic downtown Roseburg. This recently updated bungalow is charming and artfully decorated. Whether you are visiting Roseburg, Umpqua Valley wine country, Crater Lake, the Oregon Coast, or just passing through on I-5, the Sophisticated Bungalow is well stocked with all the amenities you will need for your trip.
This charming bungalow boasts original hardwood floors, is artfully decorated, and filled with nice touches to make your stay extra special. You won't be disappointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with Coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. A stocked laundry room, iron and ironing board to keep you looking your best! WIFI, Blu Ray Player and a Smart TV to keep you entertained when you are not out and about. The backyard is private and has a gas BBQ for you to use. The front covered porch is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage. Sit back, relax and watch the wild turkeys and deer.
You will have private access to the entire home and fenced yard during your stay.
There is plenty of street parking right in front of the home.

This 2-bedroom home is one of the most charming, thoughtful properties I've stayed at via VRBO. The owner takes great care to make everything colorful, warm, and comfy. I mean "warm" as in hospitable! We would definitely rent again should our travels take us to this part of Oregon. The host communication was also the best I've ever experienced. Very timely and accurate! The kitchen was very well appointed, the beds were comfy, the shower was warm and steamy, and the enclosed patio and outdoor spaces were very welcoming. You should stay here!

The little house was perfect. My sister and husband were visiting from Arkansas. The 3 of us needed a place close to our other sister in Roseburg. There was space to visit and space to spend quiet time alone. The house was just as described and was perfect for our 3 night stay. Communication with the host was nice and easy. Parking was abundant right out front of the house and the check in process was very smooth. The space was clean upon arrival and instructions were left for checking in and out. My wife and I really enjoyed that the house is in a quiet neighborhood, but was close enough to walk downtown. There is also a brewpub right around the corner that was very convenient. Should you decide to cook at the house instead of going out, the kitchen is tidy and well appointed. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There are AC units in the main space and in both bedrooms which was very welcomed because it was rather warm while we were there. We really enjoyed our time in the space and would certainly recommend it.
