This review leaves me feeling discouraged. Every review I have gotten in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 has been a Five Star 10/10 rating. I was recently informed by VRBO that I reached their New Highest Level of hosting, “Elite Host”, which means I am in the Top One Percent of Hosts on the whole platform, a HUGE accomplishment. Then I get this 8/10 4 star review from a guest that I just don’t see how I could have done any more for. She said the house was very nice and clean, but she complained there weren’t enough kitchen towels for her liking, so even though I was out of state, I hired and paid for a delivery to be shopped for and delivered to her of multiple brand new towels. The extra kitchen towels were to her within a couple hours. I also arranged to have a custom basket made and delivered to these guests (a mother and her grown adult son) by a local business who makes and delivers fancy custom baskets, and they included an assortment of local goodies for these guests to enjoy. I truly am grateful that the guests said the house was very nice and clean; I just don’t know what more I could have done to receive my normal level of rating that I have received from every other guest I have hosted for the last 4 years.

Roseburg is an absolutely beautiful town and this home made us feel as if we truly belonged here- everything was clean and comfortable. The kids loved exploring the garden and having their own bedrooms. We will stay here again!

This house is ideal place to stay near Roseburg. The house was very clean, comfortable and everything works.The host Laura was very nice and efficient.The house is has more then Comfort, it has games, paper towel, wine bottle opener and so many good features to list.Definitely coming back

This property was perfect for our needs. The host is easy to communicate with, gives clear directions, and is very responsive to mid-stay requests, questions, and needs. We have used this property for several years to house some staff for the Roseburg High School Marching Band Camp, and we keep coming back because the home is spacious, has a lovely fenced yard, and is a great location in general. The home is just on the outskirts of Roseburg, putting you close to all necessary activities in town but just removed enough to feel some pleasant solitude. Every year we return we see updates and modifications made by the host, clearly showing an active care of the home and grounds!As repeat guests, we highly recommend this property!

The house was very comfortable and so quiet. We loved the outside seating area. When we had to go in, the furniture inside was all comfortable, too. We all slept well on the good beds.The communication with Laura was probably the best I've ever experienced (I left my Kindle there). She's a terrific host!

Wonderful location

Nice home in a nice location!! It was the only one we could find that had enough bedrooms for our family coming in from three states!! We gathered in the kitchen and the huge living room for longtime overdue visiting!!

Delightful Roseburg Visit

The home was exactly what we needed for our vacation. It was everything we had expected. The location was perfect for getting around town and our excursions out of town. We enjoyed the restaurants our host recommended and found a few on our own. The home was in beautiful condition and everything was easy to access. Definitely, will stay here again!

Nice place

Great house, great host.

There were a few things that looked like they had been damaged and the blind on the Master Bedroom was missing, however, we overcame it and improvised and let the host know, who was apologetic and surprised. Over all great place, pots, pans, coffee maker...all great.
