Nous avons passés quelques jours de vacances avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement très proche du château (5 min a pied).L'appartement était très propre, aucune poussière (même sur les étagères on a vérifié).Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de double vitrage car du coup la nuit on entend tout ce qui se passe, circulation, les personnes qui parlent etc.La chaudière au gaz ça fait un peu de bruit aussi.Les escaliers ne sont pas facile avec les bagages.Pour autant ça ne retire rien à la note car malgré tout l'appartement reste quand même entretenu et propre. Merci :)

Je n’ai pas trouvé sur le site Abritel l’adresse exacte du bien ni les coordonnées de mon hôte : à améliorer du coté d’Abritel.Très bonne communication avec Stéphanie et appartement très propre.Seul bémol : pas de volets ni de rideau occultant dans la chambre.

Beste Lage für die Stadt Sedan

Sehr praktisch gelegene kleine Wohnung, modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Haus an sich ist alt und charmant, aber auch mit den Nachteilen, z:b. steile Treppen zur Wohnung. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber, jedoch war das Treppenhaus bzw. der Flur etwas dreckig und hat gerochen. Türen und Eingang sind etwas schwergängig und ungewohnt. Gastgeber haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, aber die Kommunikation war ohne Hindernisse.

L’environnement n’est pas à la hauteur de l’appartement lui même hélas. Une fois la porte fermée, c’est très propre .Le contact avec l’hébergeur est très agréable. Attention l’accès par l’escalier étroit au troisième étage peut mettre en difficultés certaines personnes. Tous nos encouragements.

Agréable surprise de trouver ce petit studio dans un vieil immeuble de Sedan.

L'accès au studio par ce vieil escalier en bois typique n'est sans doute pas accessible à tous. Matelas un peu trop dur à mon avis. Accueil super.
