To rent for your holidays, pleasant renovated Landes house rated 2 stars!
Ideally located in the city centre of Léon and close to the lake. You can also enjoy the beautiful Landes beaches, with the beaches of Moliets and Vielle Saint Girons nearby.
All shops are within walking distance (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, daily local market in summer...).
House equipped with fibre.

This 64 m² house has:
- a bedroom with a double bed 160*200.
- a large room ideal for children with bunk beds (3 beds of 90*190) and games available.
- a stay
- Television
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
- Washing machine
- Equipped kitchen (induction hob, multi-function microwave, fridge/freezer...)

Sheets and towels not provided. No cleaning fee offered, cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

A large enclosed garden will allow you to park and enjoy the outdoors with garden table/chairs, sunbeds and barbecue.

Nice house with huge garden

We had a nice stay at the house. It was quit and and clean. Uncomplicated and friendly contact with the owners. We enjoyed the huge garden. Our children were very happy about the toys which were available in the house. We can warmly recommend the accommodation.

Très bon séjour comme d'habitude depuis 3 ans. Madame Dubroca très à l'écoute. Seul petit bémol la Tv qui ne fonctionnait pas. Mais le reste du séjour très bien, tout à proximité. On reviendra sûrement juillet prochain !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour comme l’année précédente. La maison est bien située au cœur du village, jardin pour se reposer après avoir joué dans les vagues de l’océan en famille.. Maison bien équipée.
