Property is a lovely cottage a few minutes walking distance from Niles Beach, and about a 15 min drive from Gloucester. Cleanliness was good (few cobwebs etc, no biggie), kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc (no spices), and spacious bedrooms and two nice full baths. Host provided linens, bath towels and beach towels (these needed to be washed and put back). Checkout was a breeze with only the trash that needed to be taken out and house straigtened out.

Thank you so much for your glowing review Hemaka! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home and we hope to welcome you and your family back again!
The house is in a perfect location, right by Niles Beach. The check in process was easy. Be prepared to need to buy some essentials that are usually in a rental. Not a lot of soap for the bathrooms or shampoo etc. No dishwasher and the kitchen supplies were light too. We had to buy garbage bags and laundry detergent. The house though is charming and we had a wonderful visit.

Reviewer Comments:
Nice home with good amenities.Things i would suggest: -information on where the home heat access is and how to use. The heater in tv room was very loud as you turned it on - thought something might be wrong with it-maybe have directions on using the a/c mini split units as well (although it was cold and we did not use it, we thought it was both heat and a/c, just because it was unfamiliar)-additional blankets for the beds (there were only 1 each and no others on premise)-the policy of $75 fee if on premise after 10 am checkout was pretty stressful.Hard to clear out and clean up with dogs and kids by that hour. If you keep this policy i would suggest an 11am or noon checkout as the night before we left was not relaxing given the early checkout and penalizing policy.-maybe state the parking is actually in front of the house, as next door neighbor car was parked on the road the whole time, so we thought that is where we parked.-i might also suggest that property mgmt. company indicate there is an after hours phone # for problems. Given that i got in late and in the dark, i was concerned that if the rental entry door code didn’t work i would not be able to contact anyone for help.Wish weather was better so we could use the lovely deck and grill, but next time!
The property is lovely. Even though it is compact it has everything you need in a beach hose. The house is very well appointed and very clean. The location is fabulous and is within walking distance to the beach. We had a great time.
The location of the house was great! Half a block to a nice sandy beach, no need to drive!
