Blue Dream is your charming Seagrove cottage, just a 60-second walk to the beach entrance! Only a block from Seaside and nestled in a quiet woodsy Seagrove neighborhood, the home is two blocks away from Seaside neighborhood. This is an amazing location, in the center of everything! Stroll over to Modica Market for breakfast or coffee. There is no need to get into your car again once you have arrived. Walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes.

Stair climb to the main living area on carpeted spiral stairs. Not recommended for anyone with physical challenges. The ground floor features three bedrooms and a full bath with a combination shower/tub PLUS separate walk-in shower. The second floor includes the main living area, dining area, full kitchen, and covered balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has a full complement of cooking equipment for your family meals. The dining area seats 6 plus 4 at the breakfast bar. Upstairs there is a powder room for convenience.

25 YOA minimum age of renter and renter must be staying on-premises.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.


The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
