We just got finished staying a week at Kingdom Come and it was perfect for us! Walking distance to the square and right across the street from the beach access! But also quiet enough so you don’t feel like you’re right in the middle of everyone. The house was clean and the private pool was perfect for the little kids! We would love to stay there again!

Had the best time. First time here at Kingdom Come.... and it won't be our last. Great home away from home. Girls loved the pool and the hang-out on the 3rd floor. Late nights on the upper deck relaxing under the stars with the gulf waves in the background took the stress away for the adults!

We have stayed in Seaside...
We have stayed in Seaside or Watercolor for the
past 10 years and loved this house. We wondered if
we'd miss being anything by not staying in the
town limits of Seaside or in Watercolor, but we were
MUCH closer to the beach, closer to the Seaside
shops and restaurants, plus we had our own pool.
Our whole family loved it, and we had plenty of
room to spread out and play indoors on a rainy day.
It is beautifully decorated and has everything we
needed for a great week at the beach. Thank you!
The home really is perfect! The only issue was the almost unbearable construction noise from next door. We had to leave the home from 8a-5p everyday due to the constant construction noise. I’m ther than that location is amazing and the home is peridot a family with kids!
We had an awesome time! We enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The pool was perfect for our crew. The kids enjoyed riding bikes on the lovely back roads. It was a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer wagon ride (for the kids) to Seaside, where we enjoyed a playground and several shops and restaurants! Word of warning about those stairs at the public beach access though. They are fine for adults, but a little trickier when you throw in a 1yo, 2yo, and 4yo! I imagine older ladies and gentlemen may have a hard time with them as well! Overall, it was an awesome vacation!

We are so glad you enjoyed your vacation and stay with us!
Very nice vacation rental. There was a back door pool alarm that was incredibly annoying, and construction was going on all around. Seagrove Street’s are currently covered in potholes and way more sandy areas than usual (both bad for bicycle riding!!) but we still loved it!

Sorry for all that construction, there was quite a bit in Old Seagrove but will hopefully be winding down soon. Glad you enjoyed the home!
We chose Kingdom Come because it is a beautiful house with a pool and easy beach access. Their customer service was great too. Just a few suggestions: they have a safety alarm on the pool door required for children but it’s loud and annoying and they kindly turned it off when we asked since we were 5 adults going in and out for the pool. Also, we rented a Golf cart only to learn Golf Carts are Not Welcome in nearby towns on 30A so that was an expensive loss. Most things were within walking distance in Seaside. So pass on the Golf cart unless you are sure you need locally.

Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed the stay. For golf carts, you can park them in Seaside (specific area for golf cart parking), Watercolor, Seagrove, Watersound at the HUB, and Seacrest but not in Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach. Hope that helps!
Perfect location next to Seaside with gorgeous pool
Our family had the best beach vacation ever and loved this house just a few streets over from Seaside with access to tons of restaurants/ shops/food trucks/grocery store. The beach access was easy enough, short walk just across the street, with lots of stairs (keep in mind no ramps for beach wagon/kids). Loved the private pool and yard area to relax while our kids napped. The top deck was so fun to stargaze at night - we tried to catch all the sunsets from the actual beach. The room situation was perfect for our family & my mom who was with us. We loved the awesome huge jacuzzi bathtub in the master bath! The beds/furnishings were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The door alarm to the pool was appreciated since we have little kids; however, the bypass button didn’t work for us so it was extremely loud… We ended up walking around the house multiple times through the outside fence so we didn’t wake the kids up during naps/bedtime. Not a big deal though. There was a little bit of salt and pepper leftover so if you’re planning to cook, make sure you bring oil/seasonings and coffee/all food items you need. The parking situation was a bit tight as construction workers on the street were parking everywhere, but hopefully that will all be done soon. The houses nearby they are finishing are stunning! The outdoor shower was a big plus! This area is simply amazing for a getaway with the best restaurants (faves: the infamous “Red Bar,” Old Florida Fish house, The Great Southern Cafe, The Bay- a bit further, but highly recommend!!) and experiences and the most beautiful beaches- Grayton Beach state park for a stunning sunset! We would absolutely stay here again. The welcome package was also a sweet touch. Thanks for having us!

What a fantastic review, thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We would love to host your family again!
The location was perfect and the home was comfortable. We loved having the heated pool for spring break. Our teens loved that they could walk into seaside so easily, and we all loved the quick walk to the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review! We would love to host you again!
We had a wonderful family get away and will absolutely look to book here again. The home was spotlessly clean and well taken care of. The location is even better than we thought (and we had high expectations!) and the beach boardwalk entrance is just at the end of the block! Amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you’d need, but do plan ahead for a regular coffee maker as there’s no pod machine. The sheets were soft and the bath towels were super fluffy- none of those scratchy ones! The pool was a welcome and relaxing beach alternative with a private back garden and nice patio furniture. The communication with the management company was extremely friendly, helpful, and they were so speedy to respond to our questions. We loved our stay!! Highly recommend 😀
Absolutely beautiful home! Close to everything and so comfortable. Beautifully landscaped yard and pool area and you can even hear the ocean waves. A little bit of heaven on earth.
Close easy walk to beach. Was a nice place to spend our vacation.

Great Vacation Home!
We had a party of 11 - two families with 2 grandmothers - and stayed for a week at this great vacation home. It was clean and in great condition - very clean and well stocked with most any needed kitchen item. ( The only thing missing was a garlic press!) The home was spacious and well laid out. The main level had the living area and kitchen. The patio door opened up to the pool and outside sitting area. The laundry area with large capacity stacked washer and dryer opened up to a side step area with private outdoor shower. To the rear of the first floor there is a 1/2 bath, and then a bedroom with 2 twins as well as a full bath. This bedroom has a door that opens up onto a small elevated porch. On the 2nd level are a king bedroom with master bathroom, a hall way built in bunk with full size futon on bottom (slept 2 college girls) with twin on top, and a queen bedroom with full bath. This bedroom opens up onto the screened in porch that overlooks the front yard. The third level has a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, table and chairs, full size futon, and tv. Every bedroom has a tv as does the living area. The upstairs area opens up onto an upper deck area which is nice in the evenings. The house was spotless, and the photos accurately reflected the property. The wi-fi worked great - we had a few problems getting connected and the rental office sent someone over to help in literally 10 minutes. Had some biting deer flies outside and the office sent someone over quickly to spray and left us some bug spray. Needed hangers for the closet and the office sent those over as well. Pool area was partially shaded in the day so was nice to be out of the sun some and still swim. Used the grill several nights for seafood from local fish market. We loved the location - 2 minute walk to the water and close to Seaside activities. We squeezed 3 cars into the driveway. The neighborhood area is quiet - dark at night so bring a flashlight if you like to walk. Did see a snake - some sort of rat snake - but was gone before we could closely identify it. Yikes!! We would love to stay here again. Great property! Wonderful vacation!!

Great facilities, excellent location!! This was our third year to have our annual family gathering at Kingdom Come for obvious reasons - pool, 1 blk to beach, 6 blks to Seaside town center. The kids love it. Typical day would be: donuts for breakfast, a dip in the pool, walk to the beach for a couple of hours of sun, sand & waves, stroll down the beach for lunch at Bud & Alley's; then reverse course - back to the beach, then the pool while our two chefs grill steaks or seafood.
To give the kids a break from the sun or on rainy days, we bike or walk to the town center for shopping or drive over to Panama Beach.
On alternate nights we treat our chefs to dinner at Bud & Alley's ( the beach view from their upstairs open-air dining area is fantastic!), Great Southern Restaurant (really good down home Southern cuisine), or the more upscale V's (right around the corner from the house and excellent steaks, plus our chefs really enjoyed the oysters with pork).
If you are going in the summer, make your reservations early. Kingdom Come books up fast.

Loved it! Great for new families!
So, we rented this house b/c of the pool and having a newborn - we didn't want to be limited to inside during all the nap times... We had a great time! They had a pack-n-play there, so we didn't have to pack that up from home and we could be in the pool while our little one was sleeping! I LOVE the location - right across the street from the beach and 1 block from the marketplace - and it was super comfy! We will definitely be going back!

Great local experience!
The house worked out really well. Everything was clean and in working order. The location is great - while it's tucked away in a neighborhood full of locals, it's walking distance from Seaside village. We even met and hung out with some neighbors which were locals, they were super friendly. If you're looking for a place that is cozy, quiet and non touristy, this is a perfect spot. We didn't end up using the pool but it looked very nice and well maintained.
