Breckenridge A12 Col · Walk to Lifts - Penthouse in Heart of Breckenridge

Stay in our Southwest facing top floor unit and walk across the street to the Quick Silver lift for easy access to skiing and hiking. At the end of the day, enjoy the newly remodeled heated pool and four hot tubs. Recently purchased and completely upgraded, this condo is great for families or couples vacations and is an amazing place to relax and enjoy mountain activities all year round! 3 Bedrooms including the loft, 2 Queen beds, and a bunk bed + trundle, 2 full baths (Sleeps 7-8 comfortably)

This 1000 sq ft, two-level condominium unit includes two private bedrooms each with queen beds. The loft bedroom area which is accessed through the bedroom upstairs has a twin over full over full trundle. Room features include fully-equipped kitchen with place settings for eight, living room with fireplace, sofa, dining table, 2 bathrooms with wall-mounted hair dryers. Room amenities include iron and ironing board, cable TV, wireless internet, and more.

You will have exclusive access to the entire condo. The hot tubs and heated pool are within a gated area that is shared with other guests staying in the same condo complex.

I want you to absolutely LOVE your stay here! My team and I will be available to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay.

With Breckenridge's world renowned ski resort an easy walk across the street and hundreds of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops within walking distance, staying specifically here while in town will make your experience on its own. Walk to the lifts, the Village, and main street.

We are surrounded by amazing food, a few of my favorites are the blueberry spinach smoothie at Cabin Juice, sandwiches at Duggan's Deli, and 'The Local' breakfast burrito from Semplice Cafe.

With the lifts, Village, and Main Street all within easy walking distance, odds are you won't touch your car once you've arrived. There's a free shuttle at the entrance to the Village that also gives you unlimited access to all of Summit County.

*The loft which has the bunk beds is upstairs and accessed through the upstairs bedroom. The door connecting the two rooms can be closed but please keep in mind that you access the loft through the upstairs bedroom.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.

Great Stay in Breckenridge

We had a great trip. The unit is older and showing age. Wasn't super clean but I am a clean freak. Not a 5 star resort but acceptable for my son and I.

Perfect place to stay in Breck!

This is our 4th year to stay in Breck and this location is now our favorite. Great for a family of 5. Beautiful views of the mountains out of multiple windows. Clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tubs are right outside of the building and you are downtown after walking only 5 minutes. Communication with Allen was great and check in and check out was super easy. Very hospitable! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Great condo in perfect location for summer Breck fun!

My family and friends (5 of us) visited the week of 4th of July to do some hiking in and around Breckenridge and to enjoy the summer festivities on the mountain. The location of the condo was perfect for parking walking to Main St. (In fact, we never drove once we were in Breckenridge.) The condo was comfortable and Alan even had coffee stocked and a bottle of wine chilled for us upon arrival. We are already looking forward to visiting next year and staying at Alan's place! (Note: there is no air conditioning, only oscillating fans for the rooms, so it can get quite warm in the afternoons/evening during the summer. The listing states A/C, but for the life of us, we did not find any A/C.) :)

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children, 2 teenagers and a 5 year old. Staying in the penthouse seemed like a great idea until we arrived and had to carry everything upstairs. Wish we would have thought to check for an elevator. The condo was just big enough for our family. It was mostly clean aside from the burnt smell that came from the oven when we used it because the bottom had not been cleaned out. There is a brand new Keurig coffee maker we enjoyed a lot. The location is a good walk to get to the Quicksilver lift if you are toting children in ski boots and carrying equipment this might not be the most convenient place to stay.

Update Needed

The location and communication with the owner was excellent. The property is 5 minutes from the Village and the owner always replied quickly. The cleaning crew did not prepare the condo to the owner’s specs and we also had to request trash bags during our stay. The condo is somewhat outdated and in need of updating. All rooms are small making it difficult to have any space including the living room/dining room/kitchen area. The living room will only sit 3 people on the couch (we had 5 adults). The shower on the main floor was missing a shower door. Upon our arrival we noticed hair in both showers. The kitchen is not fully stocked with basic cookware.

Great place & location!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids for a 3 night stay. Very walkable to downtown and great location to get to all of my hiking spots. The pool & hot tubs were fantastic!

Nice location

The best thing about this condo is the location, really easy walk to slopes and town. The owner was great and really responsive. The condo fit all four of us comfortably. The bedroom layout wasn’t ideal - the loft area can only be accessed through walking thru the upstairs bedroom, and the loft is open to the kitchen / living room area. Not a big deal just worth being aware of. Overall liked this area and the condo.
